ELECTROMAGNETIC STAND FOR PORTABLE DRILLS
Questo attrezzo viene usato nel posizionamento di trapani che
hanno una capacità di foratura fino a 32 mm di diametro.
Il bloccaggio sul supporto e la rigidità impressa all’attrezzo
permettono di ottenere forature con qualità di posizione estremamente precisa. Grazie all’adattatore fornito con l’articolo è
possibile agganciare al supporto molti dei modelli di trapano conosciuti sul mercato (specificare il modello al momento dell’acquisto).
Used on positioning drills having a maximum drilling capacity
until 32 mm of diameter. The clamping on the support and the
rigidity gave to the tool, allows to obtain borings with quality
position extremely definited. Thanks to the adapter supplied, is
possible to hook to the support a lot of drills type available on the
market (please specificy the model at the purchaising time).

Consigli per l’utilizzo
Pulire con cura la parte sulla quale deve essere fissata la base magnetica in modo da rendere
massima la forza magnetica di attrazione. Posizionare il supporto nel modo desiderato e dare
tensione. Fissare la catena di sicurezza con il moschettone, per salvaguardare l’utilizzatore da
eventuali problemi di caduta di tensione e quindi del pezzo da lavorare. Con il supporto magnetizzato è possibile, sbloccando la leva vicino alla base, attuare una rotazione di 350° intorno alla
colonna e spostare in avanti o indietro di 26 mm l’asse del supporto. Ricordarsi di mettere in
posizione il tirante di stabilizzazione sul retro del supporto. Una spia accesa indica che il supporto
è magnetizzato e quindi la foratura può tranquillamente essere eseguita.
Instruction for use
Carefully clean the parts on which the magnetic base is to be mounted; this will increase the
magnetic attraction force. Position the stand in the required position and switch on.
Fix the safety chain with the snaplink to avoid problems caused by voltage drops. After fixing the
magnetic support on the piece to drill, the drill can rotate 350° around the column and can be
moved forwards or backwards 26 mm (radially) to allow rapid drill positioning.
Tighten the locking lever. Place the stabiliser rod in position and ensure that it is diametrically
opposite to the drill. The warning light indicates that the drill is switched on, held onto the workpiece and ready to drill.

ELETTROCALAMITE CIRCOLARI E QUADRE A BASSA TENSIONE
CIRCULAR AND SQUARE LOW TENSION ELECTROMAGNETS
L’elettromagnete a bassa tensione permette di risolvere problemi
legati alla movimentazione di materiali di piccole dimensioni,
applicato soprattutto allo spostamento comandato da macchine
automatiche. Composto da un involucro in acciaio e bobina annegata in resina sottovuoto a protezione totale della stessa.
L’attivazione dell’articolo avviene con semplice alimentazione a 24
Vdc. La forza magnetica varia al variare dell’intensità di corrente.
The low voltage electromagnet allows to solve problems involved
in handling thin material expecially applied to the shift controlled
by machines. It is composed of a covering in steel and a coil
drowned in underempty resin for its total protection.
The activation of the electromagnet can be done through simple
24 Vdc alimentation. The magnetic power change on current
intensity changing.
