REGOLAMENTO
1. Programmi - Lo studente accetta i programmi didattici adottati da Accademia Italiana. Questi
possono essere cambiati qualora la Direzione lo ritenga didatticamente opportuno.
2. Orari - Lo studente accetta l’orario di svolgimento dei corsi deciso dall’A.I. e si impegna ad
arrivare alle lezioni con puntualità. Gli studenti che si presenteranno con più di 10 minuti di ritardo
non saranno ammessi in classe.
3. Pagamenti - Lo studente si impegna a pagare le quote di iscrizione e di frequenza. La quota
di iscrizione non verrà restituita in caso di mancata frequenza al corso. La quota di frequenza deve
essere saldata entro il primo giorno di lezione. Essa non viene restituita in caso di parziale frequenza
ai corsi. Ogni anno, i prezzi dei corsi possono subire degli aumenti per adeguarsi al costo della vita.
4. Alloggi - La scuola offre un servizio d’informazioni mettendo in contatto lo studente con
proprietari di appartamenti. Ogni tipo di accordo, anche economico, viene stipulato direttamente
fra lo studente e il proprietario. Tuttavia, nel caso in cui la scuola prenoti per conto dello studente,
questi è tenuto a saldare il primo mese di affitto anche nel caso in cui, per motivi personali, voglia
disdire la prenotazione.
5. Materiale didattico - L’Accademia Italiana mette a disposizione degli studenti dispense, fotocopie, e vario materiale illustrativo, ma non il materiale da disegno e i tessuti.
6. Danni - Lo studente è responsabile di eventuali danni da lui causati alle persone o alle cose di
proprietà dell’Accademia Italiana.
7. Privacy - Lo studente autorizza l’Accademia Italiana a comunicare a terzi i propri dati personali
per gli adempimenti degli obblighi di legge ai fini della gestione scolastica, nel rispetto della legge
675 del 31/12/96.
8. Foro competente - Per qualsiasi controversia è competente il Foro di Firenze.
RULES
1. Programs - The student accepts the academic programs presented by the Accademia Italiana
which may be changed according to didactic necessity as considered by the A.I.
2. Time-table - The student accepts the time table of the courses and agrees to arrive to lectures
on time. Students who arrive more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted to the class.
3. Payments - The student agrees to pay the enrollment and tuition fees. The enrollment fee will
not be returned in case the student renounces attendance. The tuition fee must be paid by the first
day of lessons and will not be refunded in case of partial attendance of the course. Each year the
prices of the courses will be increased to keep up with cost of living increases.
4. Accommodation - The Accademia Italiana offers an information service, providing names of
owners of apartments. All agreements, including economic ones, are made directly between the
student and the landlord. Since the school reserves the accommodation for the student, however, the
student must pay the first month rent, even if, for personal reasons he/she will not make use of the
accommodation chosen.
5. Didactic materials - The Accademia Italiana provides the student with lecture notes, photocopies and illustrative materials. Colors, fabrics, and paper are to be provided by the student.
6. Damages - The student is responsible for any possible damages caused personally to people or
things on the property of the Accademia Italiana.
7. Privacy - The student authorizes the Accademia Italiana to communicate to third parties his or
her personal data for academic necessities and in the fulfilment of the obligations of Italian Law n.
675 of 31/12/96.
8. Legal forum - Any eventual controversy will be under the jurisdiction of the Forum of Florence, Italy.
