L’avvento delle lampade chirurgiche/scialitiche in ambito
ambulatoriale, risale a qualche anno fa con la proposta
di modelli di tipo ospedaliero.
The advent of surgical/scialitic lights in ambulatory care
goes back to a few years ago, with the offer of hospitaltype models.
Ad oggi nessuno non aveva mai fatto nulla di specifico, ma per la prima volta TecnoGaz S.p.A ha realizzato SLIM una lampada chirurgica/scialitica a parabola per uso
ambulatoriale che ha soluzioni a stativo, soffito e per riunito. Con questo nuovo modello
di lampada, Tecno-Gaz implementa la ricca gamma di lampade chirurgiche, proponendosi
così come l’unica azienda dentale, specializzata in questo importante comparto. SLIM è la
soluzione definitiva ed adeguata all’illuminazione chirurgica in ambito ambulatoriale,
infatti grazie alle caratteristiche e alla conformazione tecnica, risulta essere la soluzione
più adeguata alle esigenze di chirurgia odontoiatrica ed ambulatoriale. L’illuminazione
del campo chirurgico risulta essere un aspetto predominante nella moderna odontoiatria
e SLIM è stata studiata e realizzata per dare una risposta adeguata a questa esigenza.
No-one had manufactured anything specific until now and, for the first time Tecno-Gaz
S.p.A. has created SLIM - a surgical/scialitic light for ambulatory use either on trolleys,
ceiling-mounted or in a Dentist’s unit. With this new model, Tecno-Gaz now offers a
complete range of surgical lights and is the only dental equipment company specialised
in this important sector. SLIM is the definitive and most appropriate solution for surgical
lighting in the sphere of ambulatory care. In fact, due to its characteristics and technical
configuration, it is the most suitable solution for dental and ambulatory surgery.
Le lampade chirurgiche/scialitiche a parabola
Le lampade chirurgiche/scialitiche a parabola, sono normalmente create per l’utilizzo
in sala operatoria, pertanto soluzioni e struttura sono realizzate per operatori che hanno
impostazione e postura operativa molto diversa da quella di operatori odontoiatrici. Per
questo motivo Tecno-Gaz ha deciso di realizzare un prodotto “su misura” per il settore
dentistico.
La struttura
La struttura è completamente realizzata in metallo ultraleggero, questo per ridurre
i pesi e rendere così più semplice il montaggio su tutti i soffitti. Il minor peso e le
soluzioni tecniche legate alla rotazione e al posizionamento della lampada, aumenta la
manovrabilità a tutti gli operatori odontoiatrici, che operano seduti.
La luce
Il focus della lampada è fisso, ma può essere realizzato secondo esigenza dell’odontoiatra.
L’aspetto della lampada è stato curato in modo minuzioso, le forme sono state realizzate
per essere meno “invasive” possibile e avere basso impatto psicologico sul paziente
e integrarsi perfettamente nell’ambiente odontoiatrico. La tiges di fissaggio a soffitto
può essere adattata ad ogni altezza, senza richiedere nessuna realizzazione su misura,
come normalmente capita per tutte le altre lampade. Ogni dettaglio è stato realizzato
per essere ergonomico, autoclavabile e adattabile a tutte le esigenze.

Lighting of the area of surgery is a one of the most important aspects in modern dentistry
and the SLIM light has been designed and manufactured to properly respond to this
requirement.
Parabolic surgical/scialitic lights
Parabolic surgical/scialitic lights are normally manufactured for use in operating
theatres, therefore solutions and structures are made for operators who work with
layouts and surgical positions which are very different from those of dental operators.
To satisfy this requirement, Tecno-Gaz has designed a product “made-to-measure” for
the dentistry sector.
The structure
Its structure is completely manufactured in ultralight metal to reduce the weight and
make it easier to mount on ceilings. Its lighter weight and technical solutions linked to the
rotation and positioning of the light, increase manoeuvrability for all dentists who work in
a seated position.
The light
The light has a fixed focus but may be made according to the dentist’s requirements.
The light fitting’s appearance has been studied in minute detail: the shapes have been
designed to be as “non-invasive” as possible for less psychological impact on patients,
blending perfectly into the dentistry environment. The stem for mounting the light to the
ceiling can be adjusted to any height without the need to be made to size as normally is
the case for all other lights. Every detail has been designed to be ergonomic, sterilisable
in an autoclave and adaptable to suit all requirements.

is an LED light designed for ambulatory
and diagnostic use. The SLIM’s cold white
light, 5,000°K, faithfully reproduces
colours ensuring excellent definition of
details - an important requirement in the
various ambulatory specialities.
Indirect light
Il principio fisico della riflessione è alla base delle
lampade Tecno-Gaz e trova applicazione tramite un
sistema di ellissi. Esse riflettono infatti i raggi luminosi
emessi dai Leds sull’area da illuminare, ottenendo così
un’elevata intensità luminosa con un ridotto numero di
Leds: oltre 50.000 lux ad 1 metro di distanza con soli
12 Leds.
The physical principal of reflection is at the basis of
Tecno-Gaz lights and is applied through a system of
ellipses. They reflect the light rays emitted by the
LEDs onto the area to be lit, thereby obtaining a high
luminous intensity with a reduced number of LEDs:
over 50,000 lux at 1 meter distance with 12 LEDs
only.

Ergonomic
Il riflettore circolare, disegnato per illuminare perfettamente l’area di lavoro
e per sopprimere tutte le ombre, è dotato di comode impugnature laterali
per facilitarne il posizionamento. Il corpo illuminante, ultra piatto per non
infastidire l’operatore, è provvisto di schermo in policarbonato ultra resistente
che garantisce la protezione contro possibili urti accidentali. SLIM può essere
facilmente posizionata grazie alla rotazione su 4 assi:
• la struttura ha una movimentazione laterale a 360° senza fermi
• il movimento verticale del braccio avviene grazie ad un sistema di
bilanciamento compensato a molla.
• il riflettore può essere ruotato sull’asse verticale e orizzontale.
I movimenti sono possibili avvalendosi dell’impugnatura sterilizzabile. La parte
inferiore del riflettore incorpora, oltre all’interruttore, un comando digitale per
la regolazione luminosa con segnalazione visiva dell’intensità impostata.
Il design ergonomico garantisce un’elevata manovrabilità e le versioni
disponibili, soffitto e piantana, ne permettono l’utilizzo in qualsiasi
ambulatorio e laboratorio.

Le caratteristiche di SLIM la rendono una lampada unica nel suo genere.
L’intensità luminosa (oltre 50.000 lux ad 1 m) e le performance tecniche
si addicono ad una lampada per piccoli interventi di precisione, in terapia
intensiva, sala risveglio e pronto soccorso; mentre la struttura maneggevole
e non ingombrante la rende adatta anche in impieghi diagnostici, sale preoperatorie e laboratori di analisi.

The circular reflector, designed to perfectly illuminate the working area
and eliminate shadows, is equipped with useful lateral handles to make it
easier to position. The light casing is ultra-flat so as not to get in the way of
the operator, and is equipped with a polycarbonate screen as a protection
against any accidental impact. SLIM can be easily positioned due to its 4
axle rotation:
• the structure has a lateral movement of 360° without locking
• the vertical movement of the arm is through a compensation balance
spring mechanism.
• the reflector can rotate on a vertical or horizontal axis.
The reflector is moved by using the sterilisable handles. The lower section of
the reflector includes, as well as the electrical switch, a digital command for
regulating luminosity including a visual display of the intensity set.
The ergonomic design ensures high manoeuvrability, and the versions
available, ceiling and standing, makes it suitable for use in any dentist’s
surgery and clinic.
Versatile
SLIM’s characteristics make it a unique light of its type. The luminous
intensity (over 50,000 lux at 1 metre) and its technical capabilities makes it
suitable for use in minor, precision surgery, and in intensive care, reanimation
and casualty wards. Moreover, it is easy to handle and space-saving, making
it suitable also for diagnostic units and pre-surgery wards as well as analysis
laboratories.

La lampada è dotata di un regolatore elettronico
di intensità luminosa , con possibilità di
regolazione da 25.000 a 50.000 lux.
Adjustment of luminous intensity
The light is equipped with an electronic adjuster
for luminous intensity which can be regulated from
25,000 to 50,000 Lux.
Impugnatura
Impugnatura per una facile manovrabilità della
lampada sino a 360°, facilmente smontabile
dall’operatore e completamente autoclavabile.
Rotazione a 10°
La versione a piantana è stata progettata
per essere ruotata sullo stelo verticale di 10°
senza necessità di ruotare la base. Questa
soluzione tecnica la rende particolarmente
indicata dove per questioni logistiche è
difficoltoso muovere la base con le ruote.
10° Rotation
The standing version has been especially
designed to be rotated by 10° on a vertical
pole without rotating the base. This technical
solution makes it particularly suitable in
surgeries where, for logistical reasons, it is
difficult to move the base on wheels.
Handles
It is equipped with handles for easy manoeuvrability
of the light up to 360°, easy for the operator to
remove and completely sterilisable in an autoclave.
