The undersigned is aware THAT THE MENTIONED “REQUIRED DOCUMENTS”
shall be prepared by a Qualified Technician;
shall be prepared and submitted in Italian. While Participants are allowed to submit - together with
the documents in Italian - an additional version of the documentation in one of the BIE official
languages (French and English), only the documentation in Italian shall be assessed;
shall be submitted in both digital format (Acrobat pdf, AutoCad 2012; Office 2010) through the PDMS
(Participants Digitals Management System) and in printed format (2 hard copies, A4 sheet format for
the reports and A3 sheets or 297x840 mm format for the drawings);
shall report the checklist code as in the Appendix 2.
