Banco di Lavoro Automatico
Banco di lavoro automatico a Controllo Numerico per
effettuare scavature, decorazioni, rotellature, tagli, canalini
su cuoio, thunit, ecc. La macchina EASY 5, con caricamento e
scaricamento automatici, permette di lavorare anche 2 suole
contemporaneamente con un’altissima produzione.
N.° 2 MANDRINI VERTICALI Da 3,7 Kw di potenza, 12.000 giri per
forti asportazioni.
BLOCCAGGIO SUOLE Ottenuto con pompa vuoto SIEMENS
raffreddata a liquido 8 Kg al cm3 di trazione.
PIASTRE A “V” DI CENTRATURA Piastre con V anteriore e V
posteriore autocentranti, mobili, pneumatiche e automatiche.
I fori di aspirazione sulla piastra possono essere aperti o chiusi
manualmente tramite
vite a seconda delle sagome.
MASCHERE DI CENTRATURA E’ possibile, con la massima
semplicità, montare delle maschere centrate con le spine
per le suole particolari.
ASSE C1 (extra) Accessorio per ornare o effettuare canalini per
cucitura a vista. (Riscaldato).
ASSE C4 (extra) Accessorio a 4 posizioni, automatico per ornare,
marcare, effettuare canalini e
punzonare stelline a fine lavorazione. (Riscaldato).
TESTA CHIODI (extra) Accessorio per inserimento chiodini anche
su diverse altezze e spessori.
MARCATURA LASER (extra)
Accessorio testa laser per eseguire
disegni, decorazioni e ornature
con potenze da 30 a 400 Watt.

CARICAMENTO SUOLE AUTOMATICO La macchina EASY
5 è dotata di sistema di caricamento di 2 suole (o paio)
contemporaneamente sulla piastra a doppia V
autocentrante.
CARICAMENTO SUOLE MANUALE E’ possibile,
escludendo il caricatore, caricare sulle piastre le suole
manualmente con
pulsante a doppio tocco: 1.ASPIRAZIONE - 2.START/
LAVORO.
SCARICAMENTO AUTOMATICO La macchina è dotata di
doppie ventose che prelevano le suole lavorate e le
depositano impilate nel raccoglitore. Un apposito snodo
consente un facile scarico
da parte dell’operatore anche mentre la macchina
lavora.
Si avranno quindi le seguenti possibilità: 1.carico e
scarico completamente automatico
2.carico manuale e scarico automatico
3.carico e scarico completamente manuale.
UNITA’ DI GOVERNO SELCA Controllo numerico di
ultimissima generazione con video touch screen a colori
da 15 pollici super veloce dotato di trasmissione su fibra
ottica.
Movimentazione con motori digitali.

Automatic bench with Control Unit to realize
trimmings, decorations, cuttings, grooves on
leather, thunit, etc. The machine model EASY 5,
with automatic loading and unloading, allows
to work 2 soles at the same time with a very
high production.

BLOCKING SOLES Obtained by vacuum
SIEMENS pump liquid-cooled 8 Kg/cm3 of

PLATES WITH “V” OF CENTERING Self-centering,
movable and automatic plates with front and
back “V”.
The holes of suction on the plate can be
opened or closed manually through screw
depending on the templates.
CENTERING JIGS It is easily possible to
assemble centred jigs with plugs for particular
soles
AXIS C1 (extra) Accessory to decorate or make
grooves for stitching at sight.
AXIS C4 (extra) 4 positions automatic accessory
to decorate, to mark, to make grooves and to
stamp
stars at the end of the working.
NAIL HEAD (extra) This accessoriy allows to
apply nails on different heights and depts.
LASER MARKING (extra) Laser head accessory allows to
realize decorations with power from 30 to 400 Watt.
TOOLS ZERO-SETTER This accessory allows to reset
automatically the tools on Z axis.
AUTOMATIC LOADING OF SOLES EASY 5 machine is
equipped with loading system of 2 soles (or pair) at the
same time
on the self-centering plate with double “V”.
MANUAL LOADING OF SOLES It is possible, without
unloading device, to load manually the soles on the
plate with
double touch button: 1.SUCTION - 2.START/WORK.
AUTOMATIC UNLOADING The machine is equipped with
double suction cup, which provide to collect the soles
already worked and to put them down in a stacker. The
stacker with apposite pivot allows
an easy unloading by means of the operator, during the
machine’s working too.
You have the following possibilities: 1. load and unload
fully automatically
2. load by hand and unload automatically
3. load and unload by hand.
CONTROL UNIT SELCA Control Unit of latest generation
with 15-inch colour touch screen video.It is super fast
and equipped with optical fibre transmission. Digital
motors movements.
SCREW AND LINEAR GUIDES Screws and linear guides of
