Le retribuzioni per la prima stagione variano da un minimo di €800 lordi (senza esperienza o esperienza

Trattasi di anticipo provvigioni, in aggiunta ci sarà un incentivo in termini di percentuale sul fatturato
totale realizzato dal gruppo (L'anticipo delle provvigione rappresenta lo stipendio stabilito e garantito, e
sarà pagato indipendentemente da come andrà la stagione).
Possibile il rinnovo contrattuale in seguito al primo contratto.

Tasks include the occasional large project, multiple mini-projects, adding new features to existing

manage your workload to ensure an appropriate balance between time, quality and budget. You must
also be willing to muck in with technical support although this isn't the main focus of the role. Work

internazionale. Lavoro: Stiamo al momento reclutando collaboratori italiani per svolgere la posizione di
Operatore di Assistenza al Cliente per uno dei più famosi siti di acquisti online. Sarà responsabile per
l'assistenza ai clienti, fornendo un corretto ed immediato supporto agli acquisti della clientela italiana. I
nostri collaboratori saranno gli intermediari nell'affiancamento del cliente alla piattaforma di vendita, sia
per telefono che per email. Cerchiamo collaboratori che abbiano voglia di crescere in SITEL Portugal.
Studi:  Diploma di liceo o esperienza di lavoro rilevante Requisiti:  Ottima conoscenza della lingua
italiana (parlato e scritto) - eliminatorio  Esperienza precedente di contact center (preferenziale) 
Ottime capacità di communicazione e orientamento verso il cliente  Ottime capacità di ascolto e scritta 
Capacità di lavorare sotto stress; Altre informazioni:  Full-time 8 ore/giorno - 5 gioni/settimana da
Lunedì a Domenica  Stipendio base: € 800,00 a € 1.000,00 più buoni pasto  Luogo di lavoro: Parque
das Nações, Lisbona, Portogallo  Stipendio base (x14 mesi) + Buoni pasto + Bonus di Performance
Mensile + Assicurazione di salute privata  Formazione pagata da SITEL ed inclusa nel contratto di lavoro
