1.
Togliere il braccetto esistente (fig.5) facendo leva con un cacciavite a taglio come si vede in figura 6.
2.
Togliere l’anta dal pensile.
3.
Togliere i supporti vecchi del braccetto dal fianco e dall’anta lasciando sia sul fianco che sull’anta le
bussole in teflon.
4.
Posizionare la dima in dotazione facendo molta attenzione a tenerla bene allineata sui bordi del
fianco e dell’anta. (fig. 3 e 4) Sulla dima ci sono le etichette adesive per facilitare la posizione e la
foratura sul fianco e sull’anta.
5.
Forare con una punta da ø5 mm sia il fianco che l’anta (solo se anta in legno)
6.
Sul fianco avvitare il supporto nuovo che trovate nel kit ferramenta come mostrato nella foto 9.
7.
Sull’anta piena ripassare i fori con una punta da ø 8 mm e inserire la nuova clip di fissaggio con le
bussole in plastica. Fare attenzione a battere con delicatezza. (fig. 11)
8.
Se l’anta è in VETRO con telaio alluminio forare con una punta ø 2.5 mm e fissare le clips con viti
autofilettanti in dotazione nel kit ferramenta. Per l’anta con il telaio da 2x2 cm la foratura va eseguita
nel bordo interno dell’anta come in foto 12, mentre per il telaio ALUTEMA / FREE SYSTEM ALU va
eseguita la foratura nella stessa posizione dell’anta piena, anche la dima va posizionata nella stessa
maniera. I fori del braccetto vecchio vanno tappati con delle viti che trovate sempre nel kit ferramenta
come si vede nel riquadro a sinistra della foto 12.

Remove the existing bracket (picture 5) lifting it with a screw-driver as shown op picture 6.
2.
Remove the door from the wall unit
3.
Remove the old brackets supports keeping on both the door and side the Teflon accessories
4.
Place the given frame lining it up on the sides (picture 3 and 4). On the frame there are adhesive
labels which will help in placing it.
5.
Drill with a 5 mm diameter screw both door and side (only the door is made of wood)
6.
Screw the new support present in the hardware kit as shown on picture 9.
7.
On fill door drill a again with a 8 mm diameter screw and insert the new fixing clip. Insert it carefully
(picture 11)
8.
If the door is of glass, drill with a screw 2,5 mm diameter and fix the clip with the given screws. For
doors with frame 2x2 the drilling has to be made into the inner edge as shown on picture 12, while for
ALUTEM / FREE SYSTEM ALU it has to be made as on the full door, the frame too has to be placed
in the same position. The old holes have to be covered with some screws you will find in the
hardware kit as shown on picture 12.

REPLACING THE ARM ON A FRAMED GLASS DOOR.

Per regolare la forza del braccetto agire sulla vite a brugola posta sulla parte
inferiore dello stesso. (vedi foto 13).
To adjust the strenght of the bracket operate on the Allen screw which is
placed on the lower side of it. (look at photo n.13)
