Alitalia - Compagnia Aerea Italiana S.p.a., con sede in Via Camperio, 9 20123 Milano,
iscritta nel Registro delle Imprese di Milano al numero 02500880121 (la “Nuova
Alitalia”) è una nuova compagnia aerea che parteciperà a diverse attività IATA alle
quali aderiva la precedente compagnia aerea, sempre denominata Alitalia ma iscritta
nel Registro delle Imprese di Roma al numero 00476680582 (la “Vecchia Alitalia”).
In attesa del perfezionamento delle condizioni per l’ammissione alla IATA, la Nuova
Alitalia con la presente comunicazione autorizza, con effetto a partire dalle ore 23:00
CET del 12 gennaio 2009, le Agenzie italiane accreditate dalla IATA
(precedentemente autorizzate dalla Vecchia Alitalia) a continuare ad emettere e
vendere i biglietti aerei identificati con il codice AZ/055/055 in nome e per conto
della Nuova Alitalia, alle condizioni e termini previsti dal Passengers Sales Agency
Agreement di cui alla Resolution IATA n. 824.

Alitalia - Compagnia Aerea Italiana S.p.a., with registered office in Via Camperio, 9
20123 Milan, Italy, registered with the commercial and companies registry of Milano
under no. 02500880121 (“New Alitalia”), is a new airline that will be participating in
several IATA activities in which the previous airline, also called Alitalia, but
registered with the commercial and companies registry of Rome, Italy under number
00476680582 (“Old Alitalia”), participated. Pending the fulfilment of all the
conditions for IATA Membership, New Alitalia, hereby authorises, effective from 12
January 2009 at 23:00 hrs CET, all IATA Accredited Agents previously authorised by
Old Alitalia to issue and sell air tickets plated with the code AZ/055/055 to continue
doing so in the name and on behalf of New Alitalia, according to the terms and
conditions set forth in IATA Resolution 824 Passengers Sales Agency Agreement.
