organizzatore non è in alcun modo responsabile per eventuali incidenti o danni a cose (anche nei confronti di terzi). Inoltre acconsento
all´utilizzo, da parte del comitato organizzatore, di eventuali foto o riprese fatte durante la manifestazione per fini pubblicitari o marketing di
qualsiasi natura. Contestualmente all'iscrizione accetto l'inoltro dei miei dati personali a terzi a scopo di elaborazione dati ai sensi della legge
sulla tutela dei dati personali 196/2003. Obbligo del casco per tutti i partecipanti.

bei Unfällen oder Sachbeschädigung (auch gegenüber Dritten) entbunden ist. Außerdem erkläre ich mein Einverständnis, dass etwaige Fotound Filmaufnahmen des Kindes, die während der Veranstaltung aufgenommen werden, vom OK für Werbe- und Marketingzwecke in jeglicher
Form genutzt werden dürfen. Durch die Anmeldung akzeptiere ich die Weitergabe persönlicher Daten an Dritte für
Weiterverarbeitungszwecke im Sinne des Datenschutzgesetzes 196/2003. Es besteht absolute Helmpflicht.
I accept that my personal data is given to third parties for data elaborating purposes as in law 196/2003. Furthermore I agree that pictures and
shoots made during the race can be used by the organising committee for marketing activities. Participation at the race is at own risk.
Helmets for safety precautions are obligatory for the duration of the race.
