maniera indiretta i principali
parametri qualitativi dei frutti

nell’analisi non distruttiva dei
prodotti ortofrutticoli.

By analysing the NIR
transmittance spectrums,
the instrument indirectly
measures key fruit quality
parameters and is thus the
ideal aid for non-destructive
analysis of fruit and
vegetable products.
Nella versione standard, il NIR CASE permette il controllo accurato delle
caratteristiche qualitative interne del frutto. Il frutto deve essere orientato e
appoggiato alla guarnizione in gomma che si trova sopra il sensore. Si crea cosi
una camera oscura fra frutto e sensore. Il frutto viene poi illuminato da una batteria
di lampade alogene e la luce che vi passa attraverso viene raccolta, attraverso il
sensore e la fibra ottica, da uno spettrometro che lavora nelle frequenze del vicino
infrarosso. Le informazioni degli spettri sono poi decodificate istantaneamente da
algoritmi e software SACMI. Le proprietà del frutto sono indicate sul video touch
screen del NIR CASE.
Il buon funzionamento dello strumento è garantito quando la calibrazione viene
effettuata in maniera corretta seguendo le procedure indicate dal laboratorio SACMI.
On the standard version, the NIR CASE allows precision control of the internal characteristics of the fruit. The fruit must be placed and properly oriented on the rubber ring above
the sensor so as to create a light-tight chamber between fruit and sensor. The fruit is then
illuminated by a battery of halogen lamps and the light passing through it is collected, via
the sensor and optic fibre, by a spectrometer that operates in the near infra red frequency
band.
The spectrum information is then decoded instantly by SACMI-developed algorithms and
software and the properties of the fruit are indicated on the NIR CASE touch screen.
Proper calibration of the instrument ensures its correct operation, suggested in the
procedure manual by SACMI laboratory.

Training all’utilizzo
Il servizio di Training del NIR CASE presso la sede SACMI si svolge in 2
giornate. Durante questo periodo, un tecnico del laboratorio SACMI spiegherà
ai tecnici del cliente come si gestisce la calibrazione iniziale ed insegnerà come
mantenerla aggiornata mediante test periodici comparativi.
Servizio On Line Assistenza alla Calibrazione del Laboratorio Sacmi
(Abbonamento Annuale)
Il servizio di assistenza on line (abbonamento annuale) consente ai tecnici
del cliente di verificare ed aggiornare le prestazioni dello strumento sotto la
supervisione del laboratorio SACMI.
Servizio di Calibrazione
SACMI puo’ su richiesta fornire modelli di calibrazione robusti mettendo a
disposizione l’esperienza del laboratorio NIR. Generalmente il materiale è
fornito dal cliente e il tempo richiesto varia in funzione del numero di calibrazioni
richieste e della robustezza che si intende raggiungere.
Training
The 2-day NIR CASE training course takes place at the SACMI
headquarters. During the course a technician from the SACMI
laboratory will show customers’ technicians how to carry out
the initial calibration and how to keep the unit updated by
carrying out periodic comparative tests.
On-line Sacmi laboratory Calibration Assistance
Service (Annual Subscription)
The on-line assistance service (annual subscription) allows
the customer’s technicians to check and update instrument
performance under the supervision of the SACMI laboratory.
Calibration Service
SACMI can, on request, supply robust calibration models
by putting all the experience of the NIR laboratory at your
disposal. The material is generally provided by the customer
and the required time varies according to the number of
calibrations requested and the robustness you aim to achieve.

Questo software permette all’utente di gestirsi in
autonomia gli aggiornamenti e le integrazioni alle
calibrazioni, la creazione di calibrazioni ex novo.

Questo software permette all’utente di verificare lotto
per lotto, produttore per produttore, l’analisi statistica
della varianza e delle medie per i vari parametri interni
scandagliati.
Sistema di Supervisione
Permette il collegamento remoto e l’analisi statistica di dati
provenienti da piu’ NIR CASE. È la versione più completa
