CWMUN Rome 2017

Meeting point PREMIUM Package students:
Meeting within 10.00am at Hotel Cicerone, via Cicerone 55/C, for the luggage drop-off
and storage.
After 10.00am all students are invited to go directly to the Aula dei Gruppi Parlamentari
di Montecitorio – Italian Parliament (via Campo Marzio 74) without any luggage for
the Opening Ceremony.
After 10.50am entrance will not be guaranteed.

Food and drink are not in the Parliament.
At the entrance you will find the Italian Parliament personnel and CWMUN Staff. In
order to be admitted you need show your ID. In case of any type of problem please
reach out to our staff.

Transfer from City Centre to Università Europea of Rome
The CWMUN Executive Board is happy to cover your ground transportation costs
offering a private bus service to/from the Università Europea. All BASIC Package
students, in order to benefit of the service please confirm if you want us to reserve your
seat within the 31st of January at the following email address: [email protected].
To ensure a smooth service no delay will be accepted.
The pickup will take place at Piazza dei Tribunali and the transfer will leave according to
the following timetable:
2 February - 1:45 pm from Piazza dei Tribunali to Università Europea
2 February - 7:45 pm from Università Europea to Piazza dei Tribunali
3 February - 7:30 am from Piazza dei Tribunali to Università Europea
3 February - 7:15 pm from Università Europea to Piazza dei Tribunali

All participants will receive: badges, placards and conference Guide.

CWMUN Committee Work:
The simulation will take place entirely at the Università Europea (Via degli
Aldobrandeschi 190, 00193, Rome).

2 February: After the OC all delegates have 1hour of lunch break before heading to
the pickup point. (see the list of all suggested restaurants).
3 February lunch is divided into different groups as follows:

From 1:30pm to 3:00pm UNHCR
4 February CWMUN Rome Social Luncheon

All delegates, after the Closing Ceremony, are invited to attend the CWMUN Rome
Social Luncheon.

Closing Ceremony
4 February from 12:00pm to 1:30pm
During the Closing Ceremony, the awards will be assigned to the best delegates
participating in CWMUN Rome 2017. All those students with no direct reference to any
Diplomatici Office will have the possibility to receive their Certificates of Participation
after the Closing Ceremony. Please, contact the CWMUN Rome Staff.
