2011/65/EU (RoHS/WEEE Heavy Metals/Restricted Substances)
EN71/3:2002 (Safety of toys — Part 3: Migration of certain elements)
94/62/EC (Packaging Essential Requirements)
Dear Valued Customer,
On the basis of the declarations received from our raw material suppliers we can confirm
that all the Ritrama products, with the exception of the products made using our standard
gloss red vinyl film, are in compliance with the following directives:
-
EN 71/3:2002 and 94/62/EC;
-
EU Directive 2011/65/EU ( “RoHS” Directive, restricting PBB’s, PBDE’s and the
heavy metals Cd,Hg,Pb,Cr (VI) in electrical and electronic equipment)
-
European Court of Justice judgment of April 1, 2008 that the European Commission
introduced in granting exemption to DecaBDE in the above RoHS Directive.
Furthermore, Ritrama does not add any of the above substances during the coating
process.
This statement concerns only self adhesive laminate manufactured within the Ritrama
Group. It cannot apply to any subsequently converted versions of Ritrama products. For
example – printed labels based on Ritrama laminates.
