Inoltre, la federazione delle associazioni nazionali del commercio di mobili di Belgio, Germania, Francia, Olanda, Italia, Austria, Portogallo, Svizzera e Spagna ha sostenuto la collaborazione con EuroCommerce, in quanto organizzazione per il lobbying delle federazioni nazionali del commercio al dettaglio. Photos: Schultheiß Paris – At the general meeting held on 14 January on the fringe of the Salon du Meuble Paris, FENA explained the current development of central projects such as the roll-out of its European B2B branch platform “FENAnet” and the projected FENAService-Card. Il gruppo conta di riconfermare questo andamento nel 2005. All’inizio di marzo Pfister aprirà a Emmen la sua 21esima filiale. Sono in corso richieste per i permessi di costruzione per ampliare il centro per l’arredamento di Suhr e la nuova sede della Pfister a Lyssach-Alchenflüh. Pertanto sono previsti investimenti nel 2005 di EUR 19,4 milioni. Il Gruppo Manor, insieme alla catena francese Fly per il mercato specializzato, ha aumentato il suo fatturato del 2,2%, arrivando a EUR 56,3 milioni. A parità di superficie è cresciuto dell’1%. Sono state aperte tre filiali (Abtwil, Conthey, Egerkingen), mentre quella a Dättwil è stata chiusa. Fly gestisce 17 negozi in Svizzera. Per il 2005 si prevedono nuove aperture a Givisiez e Dietlikon. Il Gruppo Globus ha registrato un aumento del fatturato netto del commercio al dettaglio domestico, giungendo a EUR 750 milioni (+0,6%). La divisione arredamento Interio ha registrato un calo del 2%. All’estero Globus è in attivo ancora solo con Interio Germania (+10,4%). Includendo Interio Germania, ed escludendo il fatturato del commercio all’ingrosso del partner in franchising di Interio in Austria, il fatturato è ammontato a EUR 760 milioni. In Austria, Interio ha aperto a maggio una galleria per l’arredamento a Salisburgo e a settembre una a Parsching. Suhr/Basel/Zurich – Pfister Arco, which enjoyed a “good” earnings situation in 2004, achieved total sales of EUR 366 million, representing an increase of 3% (2003: –3.1%). For 2005, the group expects confirmation of the current development. In early March, Pfister will be opening its 21st branch store, in Emmen. Building permission applications are under consideration for the extension of the furnishing centre Suhr and for the new Pfister location Lyssach-Alchenflüh. Investments amounting to EUR 19,4 million are planned for 2005. The Manor Group has increased its sales, with the french specialist market chain Fly, by 2.2% to EUR 56,3 million. In adjusted terms, sales increased by 1.0%. Three new branches (Abtwil, Conthey, Egerkingen) were opened, while the Dättwil branch was closed down. Fly operates 17 markets in Switzerland. For 2005, it is planned to open new markets in Givisiez and Dietlikon. The Globus group increased its net retail sales at home to EUR 750 million (+0.6%). The furnishings division Interio recorded a loss of 2.0%. Outside Switzerland, Globus is only active with Interio Germany (+10.4%). Including Interio Germany, total sales reached EUR 760 million, whereby the wholesale sales of the Interio franchise partner in Austria are no longer included. In Austria, Interio opened furnishings galleries in May in Salzburg, and in September in Pasching. Grupo Rey si espande Grupo Rey expanding Saragozza – Dopo l’apertura di un magazzino di mobili “Muebles Rey” a León, a gennaio il gruppo spagnolo Rey ha aperto altri negozi a Lugo e Cartagena; a marzo ne aprirà un altro a Madrid e inaugurerà un negozio di mobili Tuco a La Coruña. Rey ha inoltre acquisito nuovi partners a Cadice, Cordoba e Barcellona. In queste zone, seguiranno l’apertura di una filiale di Muebles Rey, l’inaugurazione di Tuco e del concetto di mercato specializzato con Fly. In totale, Rey gestisce 105 filiali: 20 di Muebles Rey, 30 di Tuco, 4 di Fly e 42 di altre aziende. Zaragoza – Following the opening of a Muebles Rey furnishings store in Léon, the Spanish Grupo Rey has now opened further stores in Lugo and Cartagena; in March, another will be following in Madrid and a Tuco furniture market will be opening in La Coruña. In considerazione del raggiungimento dell’obiettivo di Lisbona che mira a rendere l’Europa l’economia più competitiva al mondo entro il 2010, EuroCommerce sottolinea il compito dell’intergruppo di rendere i gruppi politici maggiormente consapevoli delle problematiche specifiche delle PMI e di sostenere quelle idee che incoraggiano un ambiente favorevole per le PMI. In quanto membro del comitato direttivo dell’Intergruppo, EuroCommerce ha la possibilità di suggerire tematiche di interesse per le PMI nel settore del commercio e di beneficiare di una piattaforma politica ideale. Per il commercio, riveste un’enorme importanza il fatto di essere sostenuto per quanto riguarda la semplificazione amministrativa, la sicurezza guiridica e lo sviluppo di attività all’estero, senza dover conoscere tutti i sistemi giuridici dell’UE. EuroCommerce supports the new founded EU Parliament SME-Intergroup under the patronage of Austrian EPP-ED MEP Othmar Karas. Against the background of achieving the Lisbon goal, aimed at making Europe the best performing economy in the world by 2010, Eurocommerce underlines the mission of this Intergroup to raise awareness for SME related issues within the political groups as well as the promotion of ideas for creating a business friendly environment for SMEs. As a member of the Steering Committee of the Intergroup, EuroCommerce has the possibility to move issues of interest for SMEs in the commerce on the agenda and benefiting from an excellent political platform. It is by paramount importance for the commerce to gain support in terms of administrative simplification, legal certainty and possibilities to develop abroad without having to manage up all legislations in the EU.
