Da sempre impegnata sul versante della qualità e della ricerca, ERAL si compone di tante differenti professionalità
che generano al suo interno un fitto scambio di esperienze e know how. Da qui la spinta a una crescita tecnologica

tecnologia impiegata per la produzione di ogni lampada, tecnologia che si declina in severi test di controllo che vengono
sistematicamente effettuati su tutti i componenti: dalle luci, alle strutture fino ai materiali. Fra tutti, i test di IP e quelli di
resistenza che simulano in laboratorio differenti condizioni climatiche, carichi e sollecitazioni per garantire un prodotto finale
di provata qualità. Di tecnologia si parla anche nel caso del lavoro svolto dai laboratori di elettronica dell’azienda che si
occupano di realizzare le schede per regolare e gestire al meglio la potenza e le modalità di illuminazione dei LED e per
garantire che i diodi di una stessa famiglia abbiano analoghe caratteristiche di colore e intensità luminosa. Particolare
attenzione è rivolta a tutti gli aspetti normativi quali la sicurezza elettrica, la compatibilità elettromagnetica, la produzione
a basso impatto ambientale e il riciclaggio. Alta efficienza energetica e lunghissima durata dei prodotti assicurano un uso

Dedicated to quality and research right from the start, the ERAL is made up of professionals from a wide range of fields
all contributing to an intense interchange of experiences and know-how. This in turn triggers the company’s continuous
technological growth and its tendency to consider innovation the driving force behind all its activities. The point of departure
is the technology used to produce every single light which involves rigorous controls and tests that are systematically carried
out on every component: from the lights to their frames and materials. They include IP and resistance tests that simulate
different climatic conditions, loads and stresses to guarantee a final product with proven quality. Technology is also involved
in the work carried out by the company’s electronics workshops which make the boards that regulate and manage LED
power and lighting modes and ensure that diodes in the same family have similar colours and luminous intensities. Particular
attention has been paid on all standard requirements such as the electrical safety of the product, electromagnetic compatibility, all this with a very low impact on the environment. The high energy efficency and the incredible long life of the products
guarantee an intelligent use of the energy resources respecting the environment.

le lavorazioni dei materiali e delle ottiche, che per lo stoccaggio dei componenti. Una rapida carrellata vede, fra le altre, le
macchine per il taglio laser, quelle per lo stampaggio, i macchinari per la lavorazione e curvatura del vetro e il sorter verticale,
un impressionante sistema adibito alla gestione e fornitura automatica di tutte le minuterie. Tutto questo contribuisce a
perseguire uno degli obiettivi principali dell’azienda: la soddisfazione dei migliori standard attualmente possibili, nel segno

Unlike most lighting manufacturers ERAL has total control of every stage of the production chain. The strategic decision to
keep all its plants in Italy allows the company to ensure greater processing quality certified by EC quality standards. ERAL
has both advanced machines for the processing of materials and optics, and for the storage of the components. A quick
slideshow includes laser-cutting machines, moulding equipment, glass processing and bending machinery and a vertical
sorter, an impressive system for the management and automatic supply of small parts. All this contributes to the pursuit of
one of the company objectives: reaching the highest standards currently attainable to ensure excellence.
