ridenominata in seguito alla fusione della capogruppo Coteba con Sogreah nel marzo 2010; (11) consolida Spiekermann; (12) i dati consolidati riguardano solo il 2013. Controlla Girpa, nel gennaio
2013 ha acquistato Idroesse Infrastrutture (dal giugno 2014 in concordato preventivo) per poi rivenderla a Ingegneri Associati Infrastrutture nel luglio 2013 e affittandone (tramite la controllata
Idroesse Investimenti Ingegneria) il ramo d’azienda “project financing” nel novembre dello stesso anno; (13) nel 2014 3ti Progetti ha acquistato da Urs Uk il ramo d’azienda “italian road business”;
(14) consolida Dba Progetti e Dba Lab; (15) ex - Elettra Energia, nel novembre 2012 ha venduto Iss International; (16) gruppo Aeroporti Roma (controllato al 95,9% da Atlantia); (17) controllata da
Castore 1; (18) già Favero & Milan; (19) nata dalla fusione di Manens Intertecnica e Tifs Ingegneria nel dicembre 2009; (20) gruppo Rhr Limited; (21) gruppo Immobiliare San Marco; (22) gruppo
Toto Holding; (23) il 4 giugno 2014 Bonifica Italia ha cambiato ragione sociale in Bonifica, mentre la sua controllante Bonifica in Holding di Ingegneria; (24) gruppo Tili; (25) gruppo Ativa Autostrada Torino Ivrea Valle d’Aosta; (26) gruppo Metropolitana Milanese; (27) Ariatta, J&A, Redesco e Starching formano il consorzio Maestrale; (28) controllata da Ccc – Consorzio Cooperative
Costruzioni; (29) controllata da Mantovani; (30) azionista di riferimento è Aeroporto Marco Polo; (31) consolidata da Grandi Stazioni, dal maggio 2014 è stata fusa per incorporazione nella
capogruppo; (32) gruppo Anas, è stata costituita nel giugno 2012. I ricavi riportati in bilancio derivano solamente dal contratto di servizio esistente con la controllante, mentre larga parta della
produzione totale (26,1 milioni) confluisce sul conto economico di Anas.
N.B. Non sono reperibili informazioni riguardanti Sics Ingegneria (53° lo scorso anno con un fatturato di 6,9 milioni), il cui biliancio 2013 non è ancora stato depositato.
