Con le ciaspole, frontali e bastoncini, seguendo un antico sentiero ci inoltreremo nel bosco, per ammirare
Canazei dall’alto e dedicargli un brindisi insieme …
La Ciaspolata viene fatta tutti i Martedì e Venerdì alle ore 17:30 presso sede Scuola di Sci Canazei
Marmolada.
E’ consigliato abbigliamento invernale (scarpe da montagne tipo pedule - no Moon Boot)
Dopo le ore 20:00 il biglietto per l’accesso a Eghes Wellness Center è di € 20 anziché 23,
quindi tutti i pacchetti che ne prevedono l’entrata sono scontati di € 3,00!
Breve storia delle Ciaspole
Un tempo utilizzate dagli uomini per ovviare alle difficoltà di spostamento, oggi, offrono al pubblico una
ulteriore occasione per vivere la montagna.
In contesti più prossimi a noi nascono, per ovvie ragioni, ad uso di cacciatori, contadini e quanti altri
dovessero risolvere il problema degli spostamenti a piedi nei luoghi innevati. Basti pensare ai popoli
eschimesi e nordici, ai film sulla corsa all'oro o più recentemente agli Alpini nella grande guerra.
Attualmente vivono una popolarità crescente fra gli escursionisti che in inverno non vogliono restare inattivi e
fra coloro che, da qualche anno, non associano la montagna esclusivamente alla sola moda dello sci ma ad un
maggior contatto con la natura, meno di massa o di elite.

The snowshoe excursion is every Tusday morning at 10 a.m., meeting point at the Canazei Marmolada
Ski School.

SNOWSHOE “APERITIV EXCURSION” WITH HOTWINE + GYM (weight room entrance)

Snowshoes, torches and hiking sticks, through the wood we will follow an old track to admire Canazei from
the top and drink a toast…
The snowshoe excursion is every Tuesday and Friday at 5.30 p.m., meeting point at the Canazei
Marmolada Ski School.
Winter clothing is suggested (trekking shoes - no Moon Boot)
After 8 p.m. the entrance to the Eghes Wellness Center costs € 20 instead of € 23, therefore
every package that includes it will get a discount of € 3,00!
Short History of Snowshoeing
Once snowshoes were used to move more easily, now they give the possibility to experience the mountain in a
different way.
Snowshoes were used by hunters, farmers, Eskimos, Nordic people and recently by the alpine troops who had
to move from place to place, walking for a long time through the snow.
Nowadays snowshoeing is very appreciate indeed from both many hikers, who don’t want to wait the end of
winter to start trekking again, and from people who connect the mountains not only to the ski, but also to a
closer contact with nature.
