International air Meeting for Historical & Sport Aviation
Cremona, 05th – 06th – 07th July 2013
The Aero Club of Cremona, in partnership with the Mayor of Cremona and cultural and tourism
department, the Provincial Administration, the Prefect’s office, the Police headquarters, the
Chamber of Commerce, the Exhibition and Trade bureau, and the other Town Authorities is proud
to announce the “STRADIVARI FLY-IN”: international air meeting for historical and sport aviation.
This particular and highly relevant aviation event of the 2013 Italian aviation calendar is also part of
the 2013 official events calendar for the Town and will be held from 05th to 07thJuly 2013. It is
dedicated to the historic and sport aviation world with the aim to promote aviation sport and tourism
as an active instrument for the tourist and culture environment in North Italy area.
The three-day event programme includes cultural activities such as a special Stradivari violin
concert and interesting tours in the Cremona historic area and museums.
On Saturday afternoon flying programme, a significant participation of paratroopers and aircraft
teams is expected. Several historic and sport aircraft will perform low level fly-by along the
Cremona airport runway. Participants will include the very well-known Sky Dive Cremona Team,
We Fly Team-Baroni Rotti, Blue Voltige (Fournier motorglider aerobatic team), and the Boredom
Fighter Team.
On Saturday afternoon, a short press conference will be held by the “Aeroclub Cremona” President
and “Broken Barons” President about the PPL achievement possibility for disabled pilots due to a
suitable conversion of a Piper PA 28 aircraft.

18:30 => Endurance competition starting of VFR Meeting aircraft participants.
19:00 => Transfer by bus or fly to dinner and evening entertainment at Cà del Conte
airstrip (50 Km away on the Appenins, by route, from Cremona)
23:30 => Hotel transfer to Cremona or Camping at Cà del Conte airfield.
