Test specification
Connect the DPL-M01-P16 to the device AUX-P16 using the connector marked TCS, place the
selector switch on 24Vdc or 230Vac depending on the VPR-P16 model.
Turn on the DPL-M01-P16 and verify that the KNO LED on AUX-P16 lights up immediately (TCS
section on the right) and after 1 or 2 seconds to turn on the ER LED, the latter will always remain
ON until the DPL-M01 will be supplied. Verify that the DPL-M01 is in automatic mode, reading AUT
on the frontal display (otherwise set as described in the manual). Press the switches 52a and 52b to
verify that the DPL-M01 light up the LED OPEN and CLOSE respectively, for the normal operation of
DPL-M01 one of these two switches must be pressed. In the case in which both are pressed or both
are turned off, after about 3 appears on the display the 52ER signaling. Verify that the reporting is
done in both cases and then reset it by pressing SHIFT on the front of DPL-M01.
On the front of the DPL-M01 press OK to check the setting of the COIL logic on CC, at the coil
shunt (otherwise set as described in the manual). Push the TCS switch on AUX-P16 and wait; verify
that after about 10 seconds, the display shows the TCS word, indicating the interruption of
continuity on the coil shunt. Switch off the TCS and after 10 seconds reset the signal on the display
by pressing the SHIFT key on the DPL-M01. If the TCS signal is properly reset, the verification is
completed.
