First Five (5) Protected Positions Terms and Conditions
Introduction
1. The present Terms and Conditions (hereby referred to as “the Terms”) govern all actions in
respect of the First Five (5) Protected Positions tool (hereby referred to as “F5PP”),
whereby eligible clients of Depaho Ltd operating under the brand name of FXGM
(www.fxgm.com) (hereby referred to as “the Company”) will be granted with full
protection of the first five (5) transactions on FX, CFDs and Commodities.
2. The F5PP is provided to all clients of the Company as a tool of allowing clients to assess the
product and the risk involved while trading CFDs in a live trading environment.
3. Once your trading account is verified, the first five (5) positions will be protected. The F5PP
is part of the Company registration and the F5PP Terms can be found on FXGM’s website
www.fxgm.com.
4. The Company is a regulated investment firm, registered under the Cyprus Securities and
Exchange Commission (CySEC) (www.cysec.gov.cy), under the license no. 161/11.
5. The Company reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict any of the present Terms or
the whole of the F5PP at any time without notice.
Conditions of Eligibility
6. This F5PP tool is valid from 14th of December, 2015 to 31st of December, 2016.
7. The F5PP is available to clients who:
a. are opening a new trading account with the Company;
b. will be accepted and approved by the Compliance Department of the Company as a client;
c. do not already have an existing trading account with the Company; and
d. are eligible to become a client of the Company.
8. The F5PP is valid for a lump sum deposit of USD$/€200.00 (US Dollar/Euro two hundred) or more.
9. Fraudulent, multiple or incorrectly completed applications will not be accepted, neither will
applications made in breach or non-compliance with the rules and regulations governing
Investment Firms.
10. Only the first five (5) positions will be protected.
11. Clients using MetaTrader (MT4) platform will not be eligible for the F5PP.
The F5PP
12. Any funds lost from the first five (5) positions will be credited back to the trading account.

13. Any funds gained from the first five (5) position belong to the client.
14. The minimum position value is 3,500 base currency units and the maximum position value is 10,000
(ten thousand) base currency units, or equivalent to an exposure of up to US$10,000 (US Dollar ten
thousand) in case of Commodities or CFDs.
15. In the event of an exposure larger than the one stated in clause 14 above, the Company reserves the
right to revise the position amount set in clause 14 above.
16. The symbols available for the F5PP are limited and are available for each client to view on the Platform.
17. The first five (5) protected positions must be closed at the start of the third (3) day with a maximum
duration of seventy two (72) hours from the time of request. In the event of failing to do so, the
relevant position(s) will be automatically closed by the system in the market prices.
Withdrawal
18. Any lost funds resulting from the first five (5) protected positions, are credited back into the trading
account and may be withdrawn by the client.
19. Withdrawal of any amount is contingent upon closure of all first five (5) protected positions.
General Conditions
20. The Company reserves the right not to offer the F5PP on FX, CFDs and Commodities for transmission
via the Brokerage Department or via the mobile application;
21. Any misuse of the F5PP, such as any form of Hedging, the Company reserves the right to revoke the
related tool and/or terminate the trading account of the client without any further notice.
22. All the Terms of this F5PP are essential and binding.
23. All Terms of this present F5PP shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Cyprus.
24. Any disputes arising out or in connection with the present F5PP shall be exclusively settled by the
Courts of the Republic of Cyprus.

Introduzione
1. I presenti Termini e Condizioni (da ora denominate "Condizioni") disciplinano tutte le azioni
riguardanti gli strumenti delle prime cinque (5) posizioni protette (da ora denominate "F5PP"), delle
quali possono beneficiare i clienti idonei di Depaho Ltd che opera sotto il marchio di FXGM
(www.fxgm.com) (da qui presente denominata "la Società") sarà garantita la piena protezione delle
prime cinque (5) operazioni su FX, CFD e materie prime.
2. Le F5PP vengono fornite a tutti i clienti della Società come strumento per consentire ai clienti di
valutare il prodotto e i rischi connessi alla negoziazione di CFD in un ambiente di trading dal vivo.
3. Una volta che il Suo conto di trading è verificato, le prime cinque (5) posizioni saranno protette. Le
F5PP fanno parte della registrazione Societaria e le Condizioni sulle F5PP si possono trovare sul sito
web di FXGM www.fxgm.com.
4. La Società è una società di investimento regolamentata, registrata presso CySEC (CySEC)
(www.cysec.gov.cy), con licenza n. 161/11.
5. La Società si riserva il diritto di modificare, revocare o limitare uno qualsiasi dei presenti Termini o
l'intera F5PP in qualsiasi momento senza preavviso.
Condizioni di idoneita
6. Questo strumento F5PP, è valido dal 14 Dicembre 2015 al 31 dicembre 2016.
7.
L’ F5PP è disponibile per i clienti che:
a. stanno aprendo un nuovo conto trading con la Società;
b. verranno accettati e aprovati dal Dipartimento Compliance della Società come Clienti;
c. non hanno già esistente un conto di trading esistente con la Società;
d. hanno i requisiti per diventare un cliente della Società.
8. L’ F5PP sono valide per un deposito pari alla somma forfettaria di USD $ / € 200,00 (US Dollar /
duecento) o più.
Euro
9. Non saranno accettate sottoscrizioni fraudolente, multiple o non correttamente compilate, né le
sottoscrizioni effettuate in violazione o mancato rispetto delle normative in materia di imprese di
investimento
10. Solo le primi cinque (5) posizioni saranno protette.
11. I clienti che utilizzano la piattaforma MetaTrader (MT4) non saranno ammessi per le F5PP

(US Dollar diecimila) nel caso di materie prime o CFD.
15. In caso di un'esposizione più grande di quella indicata al precedente punto 14, la Società si riserva il
diritto di rivedere l'importo della posizione impostata al precedente punto 14.
16. I simboli disponibili per le F5PP sono limitati e sono a disposizione sulla piattaforma per essere
visualizzati dal Cliente.
17. Le primi cinque (5) posizioni protette devono essere chiuse all'inizio del terzo (3) giorno con una durata
massima di settantadue (72) ore dal momento della richiesta. Nel caso non venga chiusa, la posizione
relativa viene chiusa automaticamente dal sistema al prezzo di mercato.
Ritiro
18. Tutti i fondi persi derivanti dalle prime cinque posizioni (5) protette, vengono riaccreditati sul conto di
trading e possono essere prelevati dal cliente.
19. Il ritiro di qualsiasi importo è subordinato alla chiusura di tutte le prime cinque posizioni (5) protette.
Condizioni generali
20. La Società si riserva il diritto di non offrire le F5PP su FX, CFD e materie prime per ordini ricevuti
tramite Dipartimento di brokerage o tramite l'applicazione mobile;
21. Per qualsiasi uso improprio delle F5PP, come qualsiasi forma di hedging, la Società si riserva il diritto di
revocare il relativo strumento e / o chiudere il conto trading del cliente senza alcun preavviso.
22. Tutti i termini di questo F5PP sono essenziali e vincolanti.
23. Tutti i Termini del presente F5PP sono disciplinati dalle leggi e dai regolamenti della Repubblica di
Cipro.
24. Eventuali controversie derivanti da o in connessione con il presente F5PP sono regolate
esclusivamente dai Tribunali della Repubblica di Cipro.

Introduction
1. Les présentes Conditions générales (ci-après dénommées « les Conditions ») régissent toutes les
actions relatives aux cinq (5) premières positions protégées (ci-après dénommées « F5PP »), par
lesquelles les clients éligibles de Depaho Ltd, exploitant son activité sous la marque de FXGM
(www.fxgm.com) (ci-après dénommée « la Société »), seront accordés une protection intégrale de
leurs cinq (5) premières transactions sur le Forex, les CFD et les matières premières.
2. Le F5PP est accordé à tous les clients de la Société comme outil d’évaluation du produit et des risques
encourus lors du trading de CFD dans un environnement de trading live/réel.
3. Une fois votre compte de trading validé, vos 5 (cinq) premières positions seront protégées. Le F5PP fait
partie de l'inscription avec la Société, et les Conditions du F5PP se trouvent sur le site internet de
FXGM www.fxgm.com.
4. La Société est une société d'investissement réglementée, immatriculée à la Cyprus Securities and
Exchange Commission (CySEC) (www.cysec.gov.cy) sous le numéro de licence 161/11.
5. La Société se réserve le droit de modifier, retirer ou limiter les présentes Conditions ou l’ensemble du
F5PP à tout moment et sans préavis.
Conditions d'éligibilité
6. Cet outil F5PP est valable du 14 décembre 2015 au 31 décembre 2016.
7. Le F5PP est accordé aux clients qui :
a. ouvrent un nouveau compte de trading auprès de la Société ;
b. sont acceptés et approuvés par le service de conformité de la Société comme client;
c. n’ont pas déjà un compte de trading auprès de la Société ; et
d. peuvent être admis comme client de la Société.
8. Le F5PP est valable lors d’un versement unique de USD$/200,00 € (dollars US/deux cents euros) ou
plus.
9. Les demandes frauduleuses, multiples ou remplies de manière erronée ne sont pas retenues; ni les
demandes effectuées en violation ou en non-conformité des dispositions légales et réglementaires
régissant les Sociétés d’investissements.
10. Seules les 5 (cinq) premières positions sont protégées.

11. Les clients utilisant la plateforme Meta Trader 4 ne sont pas éligibles au F5PP.
Le F5PP
12. Les fonds perdus lors des cinq (5) premières positions seront recrédités sur le compte de trading.
13. Les fonds gagnés lors des cinq (5) premières positions appartient au client.
14. La valeur minimale d’une position est 3,500 unités de devise de base et la valeur maximale d’une
position est 10 000 (dix mille) unités de devise de base, ou correspondant à une exposition à hauteur
de 10 000 $US (dix mille dollars US) dans le cas des matières premières ou des CFD.
15. Dans le cas d'une exposition supérieure à celle stipulée dans l’article 14 ci-dessus, la Société se réserve
le droit de changer le montant de la position défini dans l’article 14 ci-dessus.
16. Les valeurs disponibles dans le cadre du F5PP sont limités et sont consultables par le client sur la
plateforme.
17. Les cinq (5) premières positions protégées doivent être fermées au début du troisième (3) jour, tout en
respectant un délai maximal de soixante-douze (72) heures suivant la demande. Le non-respect de
cette règle entraînera la fermeture automatique desdites positions par le système, au prix du marché.
Retraits
18. Les fonds perdus lors des cinq (5) premières positions sont recrédités sur le compte de trading et
peuvent être retirés par le client.
19. Le retrait d’une somme est subordonnée à la fermeture totale des cinq (5) premières positions
protégées.
Conditions générales
20. La Société se réserve le droit de ne pas proposer le F5PP sur le Forex, les CFD et les matières premières
pour une transmission par le biais du service de courtage ou par le biais de l’application mobile ;
21. En cas d’usage abusif du F5PP, telle que toute forme de couverture de risque, la Société se réserve le
droit de retirer l'outil connexe ou de clôturer le compte de trading du client sans préavis.
22. Toutes les Conditions de ce F5PP sont indispensables et contraignante.
23. Toutes les Conditions de ce F5PP sont régies par les dispositions légales et réglementaires de la
République de Chypre.
24. Tout litige résultant du présent F5PP, ou en rapport avec ce dernier, est réglé dans les tribunaux de la
République de Chypre.

Introducción
1. Los presentes Términos y Condiciones (denominados a continuación “Los Términos”) rigen todas las
acciones al respeto la herramienta Primeras Cinco (5) Operaciones Protegidas (denominada a
continuación “F5PP”), mediante la cual elegibles clientes de Depaho Ltd. operando bajo el nombre de
marca de FXGM (www.fxgm.com) (denominada a continuación “La Compania”) serán concedidos con
total protección en las primeras cinco (5) transacciones con FX, CFDs y materias primas.
2. Las F5PP serán proporcionadas a todos los clientes de la Compañía como herramienta permitiendo al

d. Sean

8. Las F5PP son válidas para depósitos de USD $/€ 200 (doscientos US Dólar/ Euro) o más.
9. Solicitudes fraudulentas, múltiples o incompletas no serán aceptadas, tampoco solicitudes efectuadas
en contra o incumpliendo con las normas y regulaciones que rigen las Empresas de Inversión.
10. Solo las primeras cinco (5) posiciones serán protegidas.

Las F5PP

19. La retirada de cualquier cantidad está condicionada a cláusula de todas cinco (5) primeras posiciones.
Condiciones Generales
20. La Compañía se reserva el derecho de no ofrecer las F5PP para FX, CFDs y Materias Primas para
transmisión a través de Departamento de Corretaje o a través de aplicación de móvil;
21. Cualquier uso de las F5PP, tal como cualquier forma de Hedging, La Compañía se reserva el derecho de
revocar la herramienta relacionada y/o terminar la cuenta del cliente sin ninguna notificación.
22. Todos los Términos de las F5PP son esenciales y vinculante.
23. Todos los Términos de las F5PP deben ser regidos por las leyes y regulaciones de la República de

Wprowadzenie

8. F5PP sa dostepne przy wplacie USD $ / € 200.00 (dolar / euro dwieście) lub więcej.
9. Fałszywe, wielokrotne lub nieprawidłowo wypełnione wnioski nie będą przyjmowane, ani nie będą
akceptowane , wnioski z naruszeniem lub niezgodne z zasadami i przepisami dotyczącymi
przedsiębiorstw inwestycyjnych.
10. Tylko pierwszych pięć (5) pozycji będą chronione.
11. Klienci korzystający MetaTrader (MT4) Platformy nie kwalifikuja się do F5PP.

Ogólne warunki
20. Spółka zastrzega sobie prawo i nie oferuje F5PP na FX, CFD i towarach dooperacji za pośrednictwem
Działu Maklerskiego lub za pośrednictwem aplikacji mobilnej;
21. Każde nadużycie w F5PP, takie jak wszelkie formy zabezpieczenia, Spółka zastrzega sobie prawo do
odwołania narzędzia i / lub zakończenia rachunku transakcyjnego klienta bez uprzedzenia.
22. Wszystkie warunki niniejszej F5PP są istotne i wiążące.

Första Fem (5) Skyddade Positioner Villkor
Introduktion
1. De nuvarande villkor (härmed kallad “villkoren”) reglerar alla åtgärder med avseende på de

kunder av Depaho Ltd opererar under varumärket FXGM (www.fxgm.com) (härmed

Uttag
18. Eventuella förlorade medel från de fem (5) första skyddade positionerna, kommer krediteras tillbaka
till handelskontot och kan återkallas av kunden.
19. Uttag av något belopp är knutet till stängning av alla fem (5) första skyddade positioner.
Allmänna Villkor
20. Företaget förbehåler sig rätten att inte erbjuda F5PP på FX, CFD och Råvaror för överföring via
Brokerage avdelningen eller via mobilapplikationen;
21. Missbruk av F5PP, såsom någon form av säkring, förbehåller sig företaget rätten att återkalla
tillhörande verktyg och/eller avsluta kundens handelskonto utan vidare upplysning.
22. Alla villkor för F5PP är nödvändiga och bindande.
23. Alla villkor gällande de nuvarande F5PP skall regleras av lagar och förordningar I republiken Cypern.
24. Eventuella tvister som uppstår I samband med de nuvarande F5PP skall avgöras av domstolar I
republiken Cypern.
