Invito a presentare manifestazione di interesse per
Servizi a supporto dell’innovazione in impresa – Progetto KAMINLER
Finlombarda, in qualità di partner Enterprise Europe Network, lancia il progetto KAMINLER, finanziato nell’ambito di Horizon
2020.
Fino al 31/12/2014, Finlombarda fornirà a 10 piccole e medie imprese lombarde servizi gratuiti di accompagnamento
alla valorizzazione delle capacità di innovazione. Lo staff fornirà consulenza specialistica per l’individuazione dei
fabbisogni aziendali e delle azioni da intraprendere per raggiungere gli obiettivi di innovazione prefissati.
Il servizio prevede:

Incontro con l’impresa volto a individuare i fabbisogni di innovazione tramite un questionario

Analisi e restituzione all’impresa delle informazioni elaborate e individuazione dei gap di innovazione

Definizione di un piano d’azione finalizzato al superamento degli ostacoli individuati

Supporto alla realizzazione degli interventi correttivi e monitoraggio dei risultati.
Le aziende interessate potranno manifestare il proprio interesse ad usufruire del servizio contattando lo staff Simpler
([email protected]) entro il 5/12/2014 specificando nell’oggetto “Manifestazione di interesse al Servizio di supporto
all’innovazione”.
Saranno prese in considerazione le prime 10 domande pervenute che rispondano ai requisiti specificati nel modulo che
dovrà essere compilato.

Ai fini di una efficace partecipazione ai bandi di Horizon 2020 è fondamentale una chiara e corretta comprensione delle
opportunità offerte dal Programma e dei diversi “ingredienti” che caratterizzano una proposta di successo in grado di
sostenere una elevata competizione internazionale.
Obiettivo del seminario è approfondire ed affrontare, anche con esempi pratici, i diversi aspetti relativi alla redazione della
proposta progettuale al fine di ampliare e consolidare le competenze dei partecipanti e migliorare le possibilità di successo.
Il seminario formativo è rivolto a imprese, Università e centri di ricerca lombardi ed in particolare ai membri dei cluster
tecnologici regionali.
L’incontro è organizzato da Finlombarda SpA, in collaborazione con Regione Lombardia - DG Commercio, Turismo e
Terziario nell’ambito delle attività del progetto SIMPLER - Enterprise Europe Network, che prevede servizi di supporto
gratuiti per la partecipazione di imprese ed istituti di ricerca lombardi a Horizon 2020.

Programmi europei per la ricerca
FAST TRACK TO INNOVATION: una corsia veloce per l’innovazione
L’attenzione all’innovazione ed alle ricadute economiche dei progetti rappresenta una caratteristica di fondo di Horizon
2020.
Il nuovo Fast Track to Innovation (FTI PILOT) il cui bando si aprirà il 6 gennaio p.v, ha l’obiettivo di finanziare
azioni e progetti innovativi fortemente orientati al mercato ed introduce nuove modalità che lo rendono
particolarmente interessante.
A differenza dei bandi “tradizionali” non individua ambiti innovativi specifici ma è aperto a proposte progettuali applicabili in
qualsiasi area tecnologica e di innovazione coperta da “Leadership Industriale” e “ Social Challenge”, due dei tre programmi
in cui si articola Horizon 2020.
FTI si focalizza su nuove tecnologie relativamente mature, concetti, processi e business model che necessitano di un ultimo
step di sviluppo e consolidamento prima di raggiungere un potenziale di mercato e con un Technology Readiness Level di
partenza pari a 6 (TRL 6 – technology demonstrated in relevant environment).
Le proposte devono includere un business plan che descriva il potenziale di mercato (utenti/clienti e relativi benefici,
mercato europeo/globale di riferimento) ed una strategia di commercializzazione credibile.
Pur non essendo specificatamente rivolto alle PMI, lo strumento mira ad un forte coinvolgimento dell’industria anche di
piccole e medie dimensioni.
Le proposte devono essere presentate da un numero compreso tra i 3 e i 5 partner, provenienti da almeno 3 diversi Paesi
della UE.
Nei consorzi di tre partner i soggetti industriali devono essere almeno due, mentre nei partenariati con cinque soggetti
almeno tre oppure come alternativa il 60% dell’intero budget deve essere allocato ai partner industriali.
Il budget previsto per il 2015 è di € 100 milioni (le stesse risorse dovrebbero essere poi confermate e riproposte per il
2016), il finanziamento per il singolo progetto potrà ammontare a un massimo di € 3 milioni.
Dal punto di vista formale lo FTI è un’azione di ricerca ed innovazione e quindi viene finanziata al 70%.
