Friggitrice a gas su vano chiuso da portina a battente. Piano stampato spessore 10/10. La vasca stampata, completamente libera al suo interno per una pulizia
rapida e sicura è riscaldata da 2 bruciatori per ogni vasca in tubolare d'acciaio con fiamma pilota e accensione piezoelettrica. Controllo della temperatura
ottenuta per mezzo di una valvola termostatica di sicurezza con termocoppia. Il rubinetto di scarico è posizionato nel vano inferiore. La dotazione prevede
un cesto con maniglie atermiche e un copricesto per ogni vasca. Struttura costruita in acciaio inox.

by 2 burners in stainless steel tubular with pilot flame and piezoelectric ignition. Temperature control made by safety thermostatic valve with thermocouple. The
drain tap is located in the cabinet beneath. The equipment is supplied with athermic basket handles and cover basket for each tank. Framework made in stainless
steel.
