SCS 250: “SISMA” CUTTING SYSTEM
SISMA ha sviluppato un nuovo laser da taglio SCS 250 completo di
una sorgente da 250W.
Le prove eseguite hanno confermato che questa sorgente ha delle ottime
prestazioni in termini di velocità e qualità di taglio sui vari materiali e
spessori.
Alcuni tempi indicativi di taglio:
Argento 1,00 mm: 400 mm/min
Argento 2,00 mm: 60 mm/min
Ottone 2,00 mm: 110 mm/min
SISMA has recently developed a new cutting laser system SCS 250
complete with a 250W source.
The tests carried out confirmed that this source can perform very good
results in terms of speed and cutting quality on various types of materials
and thicknesses.
Some indicatives cutting times:
Silver 1,00 mm: 400 mm/min
Silver 2,00 mm : 60 mm/min
Brass 2,00 mm : 110 mm/min
Software SCS è molto semplice ed è simile
al software di un CNC. Utilizza il linguaggio
ISO e traduce il disegno 2D in una sequenza
di lavoro.
A richiesta può essere fornito un software
specifico per il taglio del tubo. Il sistema
di programmazione consente la creazione di
tubi o sezioni da una libreria di forme
standard, oppure l'importazione di modelli
già definiti da CAD.
SCS Software is very easy and similar to a CNC software using an ISO language and translating a 2D drawing into a
work sequence.
On demand a specific software for tubes cutting is also available. The planning system creates tubes or sections
starting from a standard database or importing CAD models too.

Sistema di selective soldering per schede elettroniche (SLS)
Selective soldering system for electronic cards (SLS)
Il sistema permette di parametrizzare il processo attraverso
interfaccia touch screen, oppure utilizzando opportuno software
per PC o tramite controllo remoto diretto utilizzando interfaccia
ModBus su seriale RS232.
Le applicazioni riguardano il “selective soldering” di
componenti “through hole” quali stagnatura di motori su
scheda elettronica, stagnatura di connettori, saldatura
cavi piccoli dimensioni, etc.
This system parameterizes the process through a touch screen
interface, a PC software or using ModBus on serial RS232
interface directly controlled.
These applications are related to “selective soldering” of
components “through hole” such as motors tinning on
electronic card, connectors tinning, small size cables
welding, etc.
Sistema di saldatura in trasparenza di materiali plastici
Welding system on plastic materials transparency
L’applicazione risulta particolarmente adatta nei casi
in cui si debba saldare un componente trasparente su
un altro componente opaco.
La saldatura può essere ottenuta utilizzando anche
componenti entrambi neri nel visibile ma che nel
vicino IR risultano uno trasparente ed uno opaco,
sicché saldabili.
Altra possibilità che viene offerta è la saldatura di
componenti entrambi trasparenti; questa applicazione
è resa possibile attraverso l’impiego di particolari
soluzioni che permettono di creare una zona opaca
alla radiazione tra i due componenti. Queste soluzioni
possono essere distribuite sia tramite pennarello, sia
spruzzate.
Alcuni esempi di materiali che si possono saldare
sono: PA (nylon),PC (policarbonato),LDPE, HDPE,
PE(polietilene), PP(polipropilene), etc.
This application is especially suitable in case you need to weld a transparent component on another matt
one.
This welding is obtained by using two components that seem to be both black but in the near IR they result to
be transparent the first and matt the second and therefore easy to weld.
Another possibility offered by this new system is to weld on both transparent components : this new
application allows to create a matt area to the radiation between the two components using particular
solutions that can be distributed through a marking pen or spray.
Some examples of materials that can be welded : PA (nylon), PC (polycarbonate), LDPE, HDPE,
PE(polyethylene), PP(polypropylene), etc.

NUOVO ASPIRATORE FUMI
NEW FUMES ASPIRATOR
Principale caratteristica del nuovo aspiratore è il controllo
automatico del flusso aria: il sistema misura la quantità
d’aria aspirata e, confrontandola con l’impostazione
effettuata sul pannello frontale, mantiene il flusso
prescelto a prescindere dal livello di riempimento dei filtri
interni, permettendo in questo modo di mantenere
costante nel tempo il processo di estrazione fumi.
In configurazione standard i filtri sono 2: filtro combinato
HEPA/gas e pre-filtro. C’è la possibilità di aggiungere un
ulteriore pre-filtro interno per l’utilizzo in condizioni
particolarmente gravose (taglio, 3D, ecc.). Sul pannello
frontale viene inoltre fornita una segnalazione sul livello di
intasamento dei filtri interni: “filter clean”, “filter 75%
FULL”, “filter BLOCKED - in need of replacing”.

The main new aspirator’s feature is the automatic air flow
control: the system measures the sucked quantity of air and
keeps a constant flux, comparing it with the filling level of the
internal filters. This procedure maintains constant in the time
the process of the fumes extraction.
The two standard filters are : combined HEPA/gas filter and
pre-filter. There is also the possibility to add another internal
pre-filter to be used in conditions which are particularly difficult
such as cutting, 3D, etc.. A signal reported on the front panel
indicates the internal filter stoppage :: “filter clean”, “filter 75%
FULL”, “filter BLOCKED - in need of replacing”.

Da segnalare infine che l’aria filtrata viene emessa attraverso un
apposito bocchettone: in questo modo è possibile veicolare i fumi
all’esterno dell’ambiente di lavoro nel caso venga imposto dalle
normative vigenti.
Another important feature is a special outlet through which the
filtered air goes out together with the fumes that are conveyed to
the exteriors of the working area in case that the current laws
impose it.

LM-D OPEN con assi X-Y-Z è una proposta del sistema laser per
saldatura con il posizionamento automatico del pezzo sia in altezza sia
sul piano X-Y. Gli spostamenti possono essere gestiti tramite un Joystik.
Il piano di sollevamento pezzi può essere predisposto per il montaggio
del mandrino rotante.
Il prodotto sarà disponibile da Settembre e può essere personalizzato in
base alle vostre eventuali richieste.
LM-D OPEN version with X-Y-Z axis is a special proposal dedicated
to the laser welding market, create with an automatic positioning of the
piece on the height and on X-Y level. A special joystick controls all the
movements and the lift area of the pieces can be arranged for the
rotating mandrel assembling.
The product will be available starting from next September and can also
be personalized according to your specific requests.
