When the university student's record-book is available, we will contact you.
Remind that it has to be returned to the International Mobility Office before
your departure.
• UNIVERSITY CARD: (only for students of the Faculty of Economics!)
Go to Mr. Ginesio Cardinali - Via Oberdan, 8 (Opening hours: Mon to Fri from 11.00
to 13.00) to get the University card to have free access to the library and to the computer
room.
Remind that it has to be returned to the International Mobility Office before
your departure.

DURING YOUR ERASMUS PERIOD
LEARNING AGREEMENT:
IMPORTANT
- You can take only the exams approved in your learning agreement.
- Every change in your learning agreement has to be approved by the Italian
Departmental Coordinator and by your Sending Institution.
- To take the exam you must bring a copy of your learning agreement and show it to the
Professor.
- Respect the following deadlines to change the learning agreement:
¾ students coming for the I semester: 30th of November '09

¾ students coming for the II semester: 31 of March '10
th
¾ students coming for the full A. Y.: 30 of November '09 to change exams of the I semester
31st of March ' 10 to change exams of the II semester
EXTENSION
If you wish to extend your Erasmus period, fill in the extension form available online at:

The document has to be signed by you and both Institutions (home and host Universities)

All the passed exams have to be written by the Professor on your student's recordbook.
Before your leaving you have to return the University student's book to the
International Mobility Office
UNIVERSITY CARD; only for the students of the faculty of Economics
You have to return the university card to the International Mobility Office. If you
will loose it, you will pay a penalty
ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE
Students are generally requested from their home institution to fill in a document
which states the arrival date and the departure date.
Before leaving our University, we please you to bring us this document.
