Usi in materia di turismo
Prenotazione
La prenotazione avviene per iscritto e
viene confermata per iscritto, salvo
accettazione della prenotazione in
forma diversa da parte del gestore
della struttura. All’atto della prenotazione il gestore della struttura può
chiedere una caparra o anticipo di
pagamento.
Rinuncia
Al cliente che rinuncia a parte del
soggiorno prenotato è consentito
tacitare il gestore della struttura del
danno subito pagandogli la somma
inferiore fra il costo del pernottamento per numero di giorni tre e il
costo giornaliero concordato al
momento della stipula del contratto
moltiplicato per tre. Nel caso che l’abbandono della struttura ricettiva sia
pari o inferiore a tre giorni, per i giorni non utilizzati il cliente dovrà pagare il solo costo del pernottamento,
con esclusione dei servizi aggiuntivi.
Sistemazione diversa da quella convenuta
- risarcimento in forma specifica
Quando si presenti il cliente cui è
stata regolarmente assegnata una
camera e la trova occupata o trova
che la camera non ha le caratteristiche convenute, lo stesso cliente o il
gestore della struttura procureranno
altra sistemazione ritenuta accettabile dal cliente medesimo presso una
struttura ricettiva di uguale categoria o, in mancanza di questa, in esercizio di categoria superiore.
L’eventuale differenza di prezzo è a
carico del gestore della struttura. Lo
stesso avviene quando il cliente trovi
che la struttura ricettiva non risponda alle caratteristiche descritte.
Perdita di efficacia della prenotazione
Se il cliente entro le ore 24 del giorno
prenotato non occupa la propria
camera o non dà conferma, il gestore
della struttura è sciolto da ogni
impegno di prenotazione, salvi gli
effetti della caparra o anticipo eventualmente versata.
Prenotazioni a termine
Nelle prenotazioni a termine il cliente è tenuto a lasciare la camera entro
le ore 10 del giorno successivo all’ultimo giorno compreso nella prenotazione; il giorno della partenza, ovviamente, non viene computato nel
prezzo.
Pagamento
Il pagamento avviene su presentazione di nota, al termine del periodo di
soggiorno.
Tariffa o prezzo pensione completa e
mezza pensione
Il prezzo di pensione completa o di
mezza pensione viene praticato per
un soggiorno che raggiunga il minimo di 3 giorni continui di permanenza nella struttura ricettiva.

Tourismus
Buchung
Buchung und Bestätigung müssen
schriftlich erfolgen sowie zurückbestätigt werden. Der Leiter der
Anlage behält sich das Recht vor, in
davon abweichender Form übertragene Buchungen anzunehmen. Bei
Buchung ist der Leiter der Anlage
berechtigt, eine Anzahlung oder
einen Vorschuss zu verlangen.
Rücktritt
Bei vorzeitiger Abreise kann der
Gast dem Leiter der Anlage den verursachten Schaden ersetzen, indem
er ihm den sich ergebenden
Mindestpreis zwischen dem 3-tägigen Übernachtungspreis und dem
bei der Buchung vertraglich vereinbarten Preis mal drei Tage auszahlt.
Entspricht die vorzeitige Abreise
einem dreitägigen oder kürzeren
Aufenthalt, muss der Gast für die
nicht in Anspruch genommenen
Tage lediglich für den
Übernachtungspreis, ohne jegliche
zusätzliche Leistungen, aufkommen.
Nichteinhaltung der
Unterkunftsabmachung – Vergütung in
spezifischer Form
Falls bei Ankunft der Gäste das
Zimmer den abgemachten
Bedingungen nicht entspricht, oder
dieses bereits von Dritten belegt ist,
werden der Gast selbst oder der
Leiter der Anlage eine
Alternativunterbringung in einer
gleichwertigen Anlage oder, sollte
keine gleichwertige vorliegen, in
einer Anlage der höheren Kategorie
besorgen. Das Gleiche geschieht,
wenn die Ferienanlage den
beschriebenen Eigenschaften nicht
entspricht.
Unwirksamkeit der Reservierung
Wenn der Gast das bestellte Zimmer
nicht bis 24 Uhr des vereinbarten
Ankunftstags bezieht und auch
keine Nachricht diesbezüglich gibt,
kann der Leiter der Anlage erneut
über das Zimmer verfügen, vorbehältlich der Wirkungen der ggf.
bezahlten Anzahlung bzw. des
Vorschusses.
Abreise
Bei Buchungen, bei denen der
Abreisetag festgelegt ist, ist der Gast
verpflichtet, das Zimmer bis 10 Uhr
des letztgebuchten Tages zu verlassen; der Abreisetag wird dann selbstverständlich nicht berechnet.
Bezahlung
Die Bezahlung erfolgt bei Vorlage
der Rechnung am Ende des
Aufenthaltes.
Halb- und Vollpension
Der Halb- bzw. Vollpensionspreis gilt
ausschließlich bei einer
Mindestaufenthaltsdauer in der
Ferienanlage von drei Tagen.

Réservation
La réservation et la confirmation
doivent être faites par écrit, sauf
acceptation de la réservation sous
une forme différente de la part du
gérant de la structure. Au moment
de la réservation, le gérant de la
structure peut demander des arrhes
ou un paiement anticipé.
Annulations
Au cas où le client renoncerait à
une partie du séjour réservé, il peut
payer au gérant de la structure un
dédommagement équivalent au
montant inférieur entre le coût de
trois nuits et le coût journalier fixé
lors de la passation du contrat multiplié par trois. Au cas où l’abandon
de la structure d’accueil serait égale
ou inférieure à trois jours, pour les
jours non utilisés le client ne devra
payer que le coût de la nuit, à
l’exclusion des services supplémentaires.
Modification de la prestation arrêtée Action d’indemnité
Si le client, à son arrivée à l’hôtel,
trouve que la chambre qu’il avait
réservée est déjà occupée ou que la
chambre n’a pas les caractéristiques
convenues, le client même ou le
gérant de la structure procurera une
autre chambre, que le client même
considère acceptable, auprès d’une
structure d’accueil de la même
catégorie ou, si n’est pas possible,
cela d’une catégorie superiéure ;
une éventuelle différence de prix
sera payée par le gérant de la structure.
La même chose arrive quand le client ne trouve pas que la structure
d’accueil ait les caractéristiques
décrites.
Perte de validité de la réservation
Au cas où le client n’occuperait pas
sa chambre ou ne la confirmerait
pas avant minuit du jour réservé, le
gérant de la structure est dégagé de
tout engagement de réservation, à
l’exclusion des arrhes ou de
l’avance éventuellement versées.
Départ
Le client doit quitter la chambre
avant 10 heures du dernier jour
compris dans la réservation :
évidemment, le jour du départ n’est
pas calculé dans le prix.
Paiement
Le paiement se fait sur présentation
de reçu/facture à la fin du séjour.
Prix de la pension complète et de la
demi-pension
Le prix de la pension complète ou
de la demi-pension est accordé pour
un séjour minimal de trois jours
auprès de la structure d’accueil.

Bookings
Hotel bookings and confirmations

hotel owner may ask for a deposit

Cancellations
If a client checks out before the
agreed departure, the hotel management may be entitled to claim a
reimbursement equal to the minimum fee between the cost of a
three-day stay and the cost per day
agreed when booking, multiplied by
three. If a client checks out three
days or less before the agreed
departure, he will be charged for the
unused stays, exclusive of any additional services.
Non observance of booked accommodation - Compensation conditions
If the accommodation booked by
the client is already occupied or
does not meet the standards agreed,
the client himself or the hotel
owner shall find accommodation in
another accommodation of the
same category or, if this is not possible, in an accommodation of a higher category. New accommodation
must be acceptable for the client.
Any difference in price shall be paid
by the hotel owner. The same
applies when the customer finds
that the accommodation does not
meet the standards described.
Invalidity of booking
If the client doesn’t respect his
booking by 12 midnight and doesn’t
inform the hotel owner, the latter
may let the room and is entitled to
keep the deposit or down payment.
Bookings with fixed departure date
The client must vacate the room by
10 a.m. on the last booked day; of
course, the departure day is not
charged.
Payment
The hotel bill should be paid at the
end of the accommodation period.
Full-board price and half-board price
Full-board or half-board price is
applied for a minimum stay in the
hotel of 3 consecutive days.

prezzo della camera/unità abitativa applicato dall’albergatore non
può essere superiore a quello indicato nell’apposita tabella prezzi
che deve essere esposta, in maniera chiaramente visibile, nel luogo
di ricevimento di ogni esercizio e
riportato nell’apposito cartellino
affisso nell’interno di ogni singola
camera/unità abitativa (art. 33 L.R.

Qualora il cliente non domandi
espressamente una camera/unità
abitativa a due letti, può essere
richiesto solo il prezzo massimo
denunciato per la camera/unità
abitativa a un letto.
In caso di controversia tra albergatore e cliente gli Uffici

unicamente a titolo conciliativo;
