We re-submitted the manuscript as version 4
- we added the complete addresses of every affiliation (department, institution,
street name and number, town, post code and country.)
- we cited table 2
- we removed all issue numbers from the reference list.
- We numbered figures from 1 to 6: 5a now is 5 and 5b is 6.
