il futuro della loro azienda:

A fine Maggio si terrà l'assemblea degli azionisti di STMICROELECTRONICS. I sindacati ed
i rappresentanti dei lavoratori chiedono:
 la sospensione del pagamento
dei dividendi
e
la
fine della strategia finanziaria basata sulla riduzione dei costi
 il ritorno ad una strategia di sviluppo e di investimento in tutti i settori – tanto nel
digitale avanzato quanto nell’analogico e nei settori a tecnologia mista - in tutti i Paesi.
 L'annullamento
dei licenziamenti
e soppressioni
di posti annunciati
il
27
gennaio, ovunque essi siano nel
mondo, attraverso
i necessari piani
di rilancio
industriale.
 Una buona politica sociale e salariale ed il rispetto dei diritti sindacali in tutti i paesi.
Essi sottolineano la responsabilità degli azionisti pubblici per attuare questi
cambiamenti.
Fin mai se tiendra l'assemblée des actionnaires de STMICROELECTRONICS. Les
organisations et représentants des salariés signataires demandent :
 La suspension du versement des dividendes et l'arrêt de la gestion financière de
réduction des coûts
 Le retour à une stratégie de développement et d'investissement dans tous les secteurs
- dans le digital avancé, l'analogique et les technologies mixtes – et dans tous les pays
 L'annulation des licenciements et suppressions d'emplois annoncés le 27 janvier
partout dans le monde, grâce aux nécessaires plans de relance industriels
 Une bonne politique sociale et salariale et le respect des droits syndicaux dans tous
les pays.

The shareholders' meeting of STMICROELECTRONICS will be held at the end of May. The
workers’ unions and employee representatives signing this statement ask for:
 Dividend payments to be suspended and for the financial management
favoring cost cutting to be ended
 The return to a strategy of development and investment in all the sectors - advanced
digital, analog and mixed technologies - and in all the countries
 Cancelling the job cuts announced on January the 27th all around the world,
by means of industrial recovery plans
 A good social and wage policy and the respect of union rights in all the countries.
They highlight the responsibility of the public shareholders to make these changes.
