REGOLAMENTO Fedrigoni Top Award premia prestigiosi progetti stampati su carte speciali Fedrigoni ed è aperto a tutte le tecniche di stampa, sia tradizionali che digitali. Partecipanti: Designer, Stampatori, Editori e Clienti Finali che abbiano realizzato lavori stampati nel periodo compreso tra Maggio 2013 e Luglio 2014. Le categorie: 1. Books: (dedicata a Gianfranco Fedrigoni) libri e volumi, cataloghi d’arte; 2. Corporate Publishing: brochure, cataloghi di prodotti, bilanci, coordinati grafici, mailing, auguri e inviti, calendari, notebooks, diari, regalistica cartotecnica; 3. Labels: etichette di vini, liquori, alimenti di alta gamma (applicate sui contenitori) selezione speciale Manter; 4. Packaging: scatole, astucci, shopping bag, espositori da banco; 5. HP Indigo Digital Printing: categoria dedicata espressamente a progetti stampati con tecnologia digitale HP Indigo in qualsiasi categoria. Come partecipare: Per iscrivere un lavoro a Fedrigoni Top Award la modalità è online. Basta collegarsi al sito www.fedrigonitopaward.com e seguire le istruzioni date nel format per inserire tutte le informazioni ed i file richiesti per la fase 1. FASE 1 L’iscrizione prevede una prima fase nella quale viene richiesto di inserire un titolo/descrizione del lavoro, i dati principali, e di caricare le immagini relative (min. 1, max 4 foto). I partecipanti possono presentare anche più progetti. Le foto inviate saranno pubblicate in apposite sezioni del sito e saranno visibili pubblicamente. I componenti della Giuria valuteranno preventivamente i lavori caricati dando una votazione secondo canoni estetici e di comunicazione. Solo i lavori che raccoglieranno una valutazione di almeno 2 voti su 5 passeranno alla fase 2. I voti non saranno pubblici. FASE 2 Una volta completata la fase di preselezione che avverrà entro il 10 settembre 2014, il partecipante riceverà una email in cui sarà comunicata l’approvazione o la mancata approvazione di ciascun progetto. In caso di approvazione, l’utente sarà invitato a collegarsi nel profilo del lavoro ammesso, per completare l’iscrizione con tutti i dettagli (dati anagrafici e recapiti di tutti i soggetti coinvolti nel progetto -cliente finale, editore, creativo, stampatore-), e ad inviare a Fedrigoni SpA – Marketing – Viale Piave, 3 – 37135 Verona: • almeno 2 campioni fisici del progetto entro il 31 ottobre 2014, che non saranno restituiti al termine del Fedrigoni Top Award. • copia stampata dell’ultima email di conferma iscrizione contenente il riepilogo dei dati inseriti. • eventuale breve relazione esplicativa del progetto. I progetti accettati e pervenuti saranno quindi sottoposti alla giuria, che si riunirà per valutare collegialmente i lavori, e stabilirà una graduatoria di 3 posizioni di vincitori per ciascuna categoria, esprimendo un giudizio insindacabile ed inoppugnabile. L’iscrizione online dovrà pervenire entro il 30 luglio 2014. I progetti fisici dovranno pervenire entro il 30 ottobre 2014. Premiazione I Vincitori riceveranno il premio durante l’inaugurazione della Mostra dei lavori a marzo 2015. Per ciascun lavoro vincitore sarà invitato un rappresentante dell’azienda finale, di quella creativa e di quella di stampa (o cartotecnica) a ritirare il Premio, e saranno ospiti di Fedrigoni Spa per viaggio, pernottamento e vitto per il giorno della Premiazione. Il Premio I Vincitori riceveranno un Trofeo e il lavoro sarà esposto in una Mostra che si terrà a Londra a marzo 2015. Verrà inoltre edito il Catalogo dei lavori premiati e menzionati che avrà distribuzione internazionale ampia e qualificata. Giuria Un panel internazionale di esperti provenienti dal mondo del design e della comunicazione, valuterà i lavori pervenuti in ciascuna categoria, sulla base di criteri che evidenziano l’originalità, la funzionalità, l’accuratezza di esecuzione e un uso creativo della carta Fedrigoni. Adempimenti Tutte le operazioni inerenti il Fedrigoni Top Award avverranno secondo la normativa vigente. Fedrigoni SpA non si assume alcuna responsabilità in relazione ad eventuali problemi tecnici di collegamento al sito per cause non ad essa imputabili. La partecipazione al Fedrigoni Top Award comporta l’accettazione incondizionata di tutte le clausole del presente Regolamento. Ogni partecipante è responsabile del contenuto e delle proprie foto e garantisce di essere autore/esecutore del progetto presentato nonché di vantare sullo stesso tutti i diritti di utilizzazione e sfruttamento. In difetto, il partecipante sarà escluso e dovrà tenere indenne Fedrigoni SpA da qualsiasi eventuale richiesta, anche di risarcimento danni, avanzata da soggetti terzi. Il partecipante, con l’adesione al Regolamento, cede a Fedrigoni SpA il diritto di usare, di modificare, di riprodurre anche parzialmente, di diffondere (con qualsiasi mezzo consentito dalla tecnologia) di distribuire, di visualizzare e divulgare in qualsiasi formato e tramite qualsiasi canale le foto dei progetti presentate o scattate successivamente. Il partecipante garantisce a Fedrigoni SpA che l’utilizzo dell’opera non viola diritti di terzi e la terrà indenne e manlevata da qualsiasi richiesta risarcitoria compresi gli eventuali danni e spese comprese quelle legali conseguenti a lamentate lesioni di soggetti terzi. Fedrigoni non potrà essere ritenuta in alcun modo responsabile dell’uso che terzi potranno fare delle foto scaricate dal sito. Fedrigoni SpA non è responsabile dell'annullamento, del rinvio o della modifica del Fedrigoni Top Award per circostanze impreviste né sarà ritenuta responsabile di eventuali furti, perdite, ritardi o danni durante il trasporto dei progetti. Ogni eventuale controversia nascente in relazione al Top Award dovrà essere preliminarmente oggetto di un tentativo di conciliazione da svolgersi presso la Camera di Commercio di Verona. La sede della mediazione sarà Verona. Qualora il tentativo di conciliazione fallisca, la controversia sarà devoluta in via esclusiva al Tribunale di Verona. Consenso alla pubblicazione E Privacy I dati personali rilasciati dai partecipanti saranno trattati nel rispetto di quanto previsto dal D.Lgs. 196/2003 e della normativa vigente in tema di privacy. In ogni momento i partecipanti potranno esercitare i diritti di cui all’art. 7, 8, 9 , 10 D.Lgs. 196/2003 (accesso, correzione, cancellazione, opposizione al trattamento dei dati personali) mediante richiesta a Fedrigoni SpA. Il rilascio, ad opera dei partecipanti, dei propri dati anagrafici equivarrà ad implicita autorizzazione di questi alla pubblicazione del proprio nome e cognome in relazione al Fedrigoni Top Award e al proprio progetto/i. Fedrigoni SpA febbraio 2014 REGULATIONS Fedrigoni Top Award rewards prestigious projects printed on Fedrigoni special papers, it is open to both traditional and digital printing projects. Participants: Designers, printers, publishers and end users who have produced work from May 2013 - July 2014. The Categories: 1) Books (dedicated to Gianfranco Fedrigoni): books, volumes, art catalogues 2) Corporate Publishing: brochures, product catalogues, reports, corporate stationery, mailings, greeting cards, calendars, notebooks, diaries and free gifts 3) Labels: wine, spirits, food gourmet labels applied to the container (supported by Manter) 4) Packaging: cartons, packets, carriers, display units 5) HP Indigo Digital Printing: category dedicated exclusively to projects printed with HP Indigo digital technology How to take part: To enter a project in the Fedrigoni Top Award, simply visit the site www.fedrigonitopaward.com and follow the instructions given in the menu for stage 1. STAGE 1 Enter the project title and a description of the work; upload relative images (min. 1, max 4 images). Participants can enter several projects Submitted images will be published in a special section of the website and can be viewed by all. Members of the Top Award jury will judge the uploaded projects, voting according to aesthetic values and promotional effectiveness. Only works given at least 2 votes out of 5 will make it into stage 2. Votes will not be publicised. STAGE 2 After the first pre-selection stage, which will take place by 10th September, participants will receive an e-mail telling them if their project has been selected for stage 2 or not. In the case of successful work(s), participants will be asked to complete the final online consent form with full addresses, telephone numbers and contact information of all persons involved in the project – the end customer, the publisher, the designer and the printer. Once the online form is complete you will need to: • Send minimum of x2 physical examples of each project submitted by 31st October 2014 – please note samples will not be returned. • Enclose with the physical examples a printed copy of the e_mail sent by our system when the online enrolment is completed summarising all the data uploaded • Add, If possible, a short written piece explaining the project; Post physical examples to: Fedrigoni SpA – Marketing – Viale Piave, 3 – 37135 Verona/Italy The entire project will then be submitted for consideration of the Jury, who will meet to examine and jointly assess each entry. The Jury will draw up a classification of the first 3 winning positions of each category. The Jury’s decision will be final and binding. Online entry must be received by 30th July 2014. Physical examples must be received by 31th October 2014. Award giving The final selected winners from each category will be presented with an award on the opening day of the Exhibition of entries in March 2015. For each winning project, a representative from the end customer, design agency and from the printing house (or the paper technology company) will be invited to receive an award. As guests of Fedrigoni Spa, travel, board and lodging will be covered for the award giving ceremony. The Award Winners will receive a Trophy and the work will be included in an Exhibition to be held in London in March 2015. The winning works and those given a special mention will also be published in a Catalogue, which will be widely circulated at international level. Jury: An international jury of experts from the worlds of design and advertising will assess the works entered in each category on the basis of criteria focusing on originality, function, expertise and creativity in the use of Fedrigoni paper. Terms and Conditions All operations concerning the Fedrigoni Top Award will be carried out in accordance with current standards and regulations. Fedrigoni SpA accepts no responsibility or liability for any technical problems as regards connection to the www.paperideas.it site for causes not attributable to the company. Participation in the Fedrigoni Top Award entails the unconditional acceptance of all the clauses indicated in these Regulations. Every participant is liable for content and photos and warrants being the author/executor of the project presented, as well as having all related rights of use and exploitation. If this is not the case, the participant will be excluded and shall indemnify Fedrigoni SpA against any claim, including for claims for damages, put forward by third parties. The participant, one accepting these Regulations, grants Fedrigoni SpA the right to use, modify, reproduce even in part, disseminate (by any means allowed by technology), distribute, display, and divulge in any format and through any channel the photos of projects submitted or taken subsequently. The participant assures Fedrigoni SpA that the use of the project does not infringe the rights of third parties and will hold indemnified and waived against any claim for compensation, including damages and expenses, including legal expenses, resulting from complaints made by third parties. Fedrigoni cannot in any way be held liable for the use that third parties may make of photographs downloaded from the site. Fedrigoni SpA shall not be liable for the cancellation, postponement or modification of the Fedrigoni Top Award caused by unforeseen circumstances nor shall it be liable for any theft, loss, delay or damage suffered during transport. Any dispute arising in relation to the Top Award should be subject to preliminary conciliation through Verona Chamber of Commerce. Such mediation will take place in Verona. If such conciliation fails, the dispute will be referred exclusively to the Courts of Verona. Publication and Privacy Consent Personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree n° 196/2003 and existing privacy legislation. Participants may at all times exercise their rights as per Articles 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Law 196/2003 (access, amendment, deletion, objection to personal data processing) by sending a request in such terms to Fedrigoni SpA. It is assumed that the provision of personal data by participants implies consent to publication of their names and surnames in relation to the Fedrigoni Top Award and the project(s).
