Draco Group uses entrepreneurial know-how of President Mario Dora, since the creation of
“Mirabilandia” in the nineties, until the creation of theme parks “Miragica” and “Rainbow
MagicLand” and he was the first to adapt to the the Italian model reality the great American
theme park style.
In the entertainment industry, Mario Dora’s entrepreneurial experience in theme parks can be
combined with the experience of Chief Executive Officer Giuseppe Taini, with the creation of a
national market circuit of 10 multiplex cinemas (120 screens) branded “Cinestar” (sold in 2007
to UCI Group Italy).
Mario Dora – President
Mario Dora is a nationally renowned entrepreneur who has over 40 years experience working
successfully in the areas of real estate, innovation and entertainment retail, and as President of
Draco SpA he holds additional positions within the companies owned and controlled by Alfa Park
Group and by Motor City Group. In the field of tourism and leisure, as President of Situr SpA and
shareholder of Ciga Hotels SpA, together with Karim Aga Khan, he made important interventions
throughout Italy, including main tourist resorts of Valtur SpA, Sardinian Costa Verde tourist
district, and the amusement park Mirabilandia.
He also worked in leading food companies, real estate and service sectors, particularly involved
in setting up 20 malls, with the participation of Standa - Rinascente, as well as the development
of the office buildings of Fiat in Turin, Alitalia in Rome and the Crystal Palace in Brescia.
Tiberio Francesco Assisi - Vice President
Tiberio Francesco Assisi, entrepreneur and owner of Assisi Raffineria Metalli SpA and Vice
President of Draco SpA, holds additional positions in the subsidiaries of the Group; he is a
Member of the Board of Alfa Park S.r.l., Torre S.r.l. and Regolo S.r.l.
From 2001 to 2005 he has been Vice-President of the «Gruppo Giovani» of the Brescia Industrial
Association. He was the managing director of Abem S.p.A. (Brescia - Montichiari Airport).
Giuseppe Taini - Chief Executive Officer
Giuseppe Taini, chartered accountant, gained experience in the management of major
companies in finance, real estate and public services. CEO of Draco SpA, he holds additional
positions in the controlled and subsidiary companies of the Group; he is President of Rainbow
MagicLand, Miragica and Alfa Park, Vice President of Motor City Holding and Managing Director
of other real estate companies. In the retail sector, he was CEO of Fashion District group, and he
has also held numerous positions in companies operating in the financial sector, the public
service sector in the Gruppo Cogeme and other public bodies.
