Venezia, luogo unico ove l’intreccio armonioso di acqua, aria, pietre,
crea un’atmosfera onirica e misteriosa. Con il Carnevale, la città esce dal
torpore invernale e libera nell’aria la sua magia. L’euforia invade calli e
campielli, voci festanti riempiono i silenzi delle corti, i canali riflettono
un cielo coperto di luci e lanterne e non più solo di fredde stelle.
Avrete la possibilità di fare un salto nel passato e di rivivere il mondo
decadente della Venezia del XVIII secolo in un palazzo veneziano sul
Canal Grande illuminato da mille candele. Forti emozioni
accompagnate da festeggiamenti sfrenati: questo intrigante connubio è
il Carnevale Internazionale Round Table Venezia!

atmosphere of the Venice Carnival. You will have the pleasure of
escaping from reality, hiding yourself behind the mystery of a costume
or a mask. Join us and be part of this magical night!

Venice is world apart in which the harmonious connection between
water, sky and stone evokes a mysterious and dreamlike atmosphere.
With Carnival the city awakes from the winter torpor and casts its magic
spell on everyone. Euphoria invades the narrow streets and the small
squares, joyful voices fill the silence of the courtyards, the canals reflect
a sky illuminated by lights and lanterns not just by stars.
For one night only, you will have the chance to go back in time and
indulge in the true decadence of 18th century Venice, in a candle-lit
Venetian palazzos on the Grand Canal. Strong emotions and wild
celebrations: this is the intriguing mix of the Round Table Venice
International Carnival!

hidden corners of one this beautiful city. A scavenger hunt through alleys and across
bridges, with clues to follow and riddles to solve, turning Venice into a mysterious and

potranno essere effettuati pagamenti durante il corso dell'evento. Il pagamento dei pacchetti prenotati deve
avvenire nel termine di 10 giorni dalla prenotazione. In caso di mancato pagamento la prenotazione verrà
cancellata. Per tutte le prenotazioni perfezionate (regolarmente pagate) entro il giorno 31/12/2013 si
applicano i prezzi scontati della colonna “Earlier Booking”. Le disdette saranno rimborsate parzialmente (50%
del pacchetto prenotato e pagato) solamente se perverranno per iscritto tramite email entro il giorno
20/12/2013; dopo tale data non sarà effettuato nessun tipo di rimborso a prescindere della causa per la quale
l'ospite lo richieda. Costo dei servizi aggiuntivi: pick up e transfer dagli aeroporti di Venezia e di Treviso: € 7,50
ad ospite a tratta; make-up artist e professional coiffeur: € 7,50 ad ospite per ciascun servizio prenotato. Per il
Gran Galà del Carnevale potranno essere affittati dei costumi del '700 veneziano presso l'hotel NH Laguna
Palace. Il noleggio ed il pagamento dovranno essere effettuati in loco direttamente tramite l'Atelier del fornitore
(prezzo per il noleggio € 115 circa). Per gli uomini, qualora vengano noleggiati i costumi ricordarsi di portare
camicia e calzini bianchi.

The deadline for all bookings is the 17 of February 2014, but it may be extended until the event is completely
sold out. After that date please contact us before making any payment. Please note that only online
bookings will be accepted. All tickets must be paid for at the time of ordering and no tickets will be held
without payment. Places are limited and tickets will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. The
payment of the packages must be effected within 10 days of booking. In the event of non-payment of a
cancellation. For all bookings finalized (regularly paid) by the day 31/12/2013 apply the discounted prices of
the column "Earlier Booking". Cancellations will be refunded in part (50% of the package booked and paid
for) only if received in writing via email by the day 20/12/2013, after this date no refund will be available,
regardless of the cause for which the guest requires it. Cost of additional services: pick up and transfer from
the airports of Venice and Treviso: € 7,50 per guest per way; professional make-up artist and hairdresser: €
7.50 per person for each service booked. A number of 17th century Venetian costumes for the Carnival Gala
Dinner and Masked Ball can be hired at the NH Laguna Palace Hotel. Bookings (and payments) shall be made
directly with the costumes' supplier upon arrival (hiring price per costume about € 115). Anyone that wishes
to hire a male Venetian costume should remember to bring a white shirt and long white socks.
