English Version:
Coming from a small town, I have always been interested in discovering new cultures. In university I joined two student
associations (AEGEE & AIESEC); In AEGEE I was VP, dealing with European policies, participating to conferences abroad and taking
leadership roles; in the summer I was working in an English school in UK as Team Leader, taking care of social activities. After
completing an internship in a freight-forwarder in USA, I understood that I wanted to work in other strategic areas. I joined a
market research company (Quintegia), run by 2 marketing professors from Ca’ Foscari. I focused on automotive researches and I
was project manager for events (Exxon Mobil, Shell and FIAT Dealers.
I decided to keep working and studying together, enrolling for a M.Sc. in economics with a focus on market analysis, econometrics
and clusters. Thanks to the last subject, I went to Brazil and I wrote my thesis on one of my passions, wine, studying the
internationalization of wine companies in cluster. I linked my passions for strategy and statistic, collaborating with the ItalianBrazilian chamber in Porto Alegre. In 2011 I concluded my studies and started a job in the sales & marketing, where I was
responsible for the development of engineering services in Brazil, Europe and Middle East.
In 2012 I moved back to a more analytical job, working for a rating agency in Germany. I really enjoyed the experience, as I
analysed various sectors (Energies, Real Estate, Private Equity & Wealth Management), assessing investment companies, bond
issuers, asset managers, closed-end and open-end funds.
MBA Mission: I assist the CEO of FGA Capital, through the preparation of KPI Tableau de Board and Internal/External presentations.
Also, I am PMO of a transformation project, focusing on compliance and regulatory reporting.

Venendo da un piccolo paese sono sempre stato interessato a scoprire nuove culture. In università ho aderito a due associazioni
studentesche (AEGEE e AIESEC), dove mi occupavo di politiche europee, partecipando a varie conferenze all’estero, mentre in
estate lavoravo in una scuola in UK come Team Leader. Dopo uno stage in logistica in USA, ho capito che volevo lavorare in altre
aree strategiche. Sono entrato in una società di ricerche di mercato (Quintegia), gestita da due docenti di Ca' Foscari,
concentrandomi sull’ambito automotive e gestendo eventi per Exxon Mobil, Shell e FIAT dealers.
Mi sono iscritto quindi ad un M.SC in economia internazionale (mentre continuavo a lavorare) con un focus su analisi di mercato,
econometria e cluster. Grazie a quest’ultimo tema mi sono recato in Brasile, dove ho scritto la mia tesi su una mia passione, il
vino, studiando l'internazionalizzazione delle aziende vinicole in cluster, collegando le mie passioni per la strategia e statistica,
tramite una collaborazione con la camera italo-brasiliana. Nel 2011 ho concluso i miei studi e ho iniziato a lavorare nelle vendite e
marketing, sviluppando il business in Brasile, Europa e Medio Oriente .
Nel 2012 mi sono spostato nuovamente su un ambito più analitico, lavorando per un’agenzia di rating in Germania. Ho apprezzato
l'esperienza, giacché ho analizzato vari settori (Energia, Real Estate, Private Equity & Wealth Management), valutando società di
investimento, aziende e fondi gestione.
Mission MBA: Assisto il CEO di FGA Capital, attraverso la preparazione di KPI Tableau de Board e presentazioni esterne /interne.
Inoltre sono PMO per un progetto di trasformazion, concentrandomi su Compliance e segnalazioni di vigilanza.
