Dia Alegre Raffle Prizes: First Prize = Samsung Galaxy 10.1”,
32 GB; Second Prize = Whitecaps Apparel; Third Prize = Statue
of Our Lady of Fatima. Tickets will be sold after each mass.
Prep Registrations are open for the 2013-2014 school year.
Please come in and see Sr. Marisol Mondays and Thursdays
throughout the summer to register your children.
Table Coordinators Meeting. There will be a meeting for all
table coordinators for Dia Alegre on Tuesday, July 9 at 7:30 pm
in the rectory room.
Altar Servers Summer Car Wash: On Sunday, July 14, the
Altar Servers will be doing a fundraiser washing cars. If your
car is dirty or plan to get it dirty by off-road driving in the next
week come and get it cleaned here for a generous donation.
** REMINDER ** 1) For Mass Intentions please make every
effort to come in or call the office at least 2 weeks before the
intention is to be said. 2) Office hours are 9:00—12:00;
1:00—5:00.
Our Lady of Sorrows School is hiring a part-time secretary
level 2 for September 2013. Shifts are approximately from 8am
to 1pm daily. Duties include reception, filing, and attendance
and office management. Salary is commensurate with
experience. Please drop off or send in a resume and cover letter
to 555 Slocan St., Vancouver, BC by 3pm Friday, July 12.
