Gli importi indicati sono espressi in euro e rappresentano il prezzo complessivo
settimanale per appartamento.
Tutti i prezzi sono già comprensivi di diritti di agenzia, marche da bollo, consumi
luce, acqua, gas e di un posto spiaggia a titolo promozionale - un ombrellone, un
lettino ed una sedia a sdraio - per ogni alloggio.
Il posto spiaggia viene assegnato di norma dalla 4° fila
in poi (secondo disponibilità) in posizione a scelta.
Per la 1°, 2° e 3° fila (secondo disponibilità) verrà applicato un sovrapprezzo da
versare direttamente alla cassa in spiaggia. Possibilità di acquistare un secondo
posto spiaggia a prezzo agevolato presso il ns. ufficio.

A LLGEMEINE MIE TBEDINGUNGEN
G E N E R A L R E N TA L C O N D I T I O N S
1. RESERVIERUNG. Ihre Reservierung wird erst durch eine schriftliche Bestaetigung
durch die Agentur Sole gueltig. Diese Bestaetigung geht Ihnen sofort nach Eingang Ihrer
Anzahlung zu. Die Agentur Sole behält sich das Recht vor, Anzahlungen, die später als
15 Tage nach der Buchung eingehen, zurueckzuweisen.
2. ZAHLUNGSBEDINGUNGEN. Die Anzahlung beträgt 30% der gesamten Mietsumme
und muß sofort entweder per internationale Postanweisung oder per Bankueberweisung
geleistet werden. Der Restbetrag der Mietsumme ist einschliesslich anfallender
Nebenkosten It. Preiseliste bei Ankunft bzw. Schluesseluebergabe zu zahlen.
3. KÜNDIGUNG UND RÜCKTRITT. Im Falle eines Reiserücktritts verliert der Kunde
seine bereits geleistete Anzahlung nicht: für Absagen, die mindestens 4 Wochen vor
dem eigentlichen Urlaubsbeginn mitgeteilt werden, kann er eine Gutschrift für den
geleisteten Gesamtbetrag der Anzahlung erhalten, die für das laufende Jahr oder das
darauffolgende in einer unserer Strukturen eingelöst werden kann.
4. ANKUNFT. Die Anreise muss am vereinbarten Tag zwischen 16 und 20 Uhr erfolgen
(bitte Sommerzeit beachten). Im Falle einer Verspaetung bitten wir um rechtzeitige
Benachrichtigung der oertlichen Agentur Sole. Sollte keine Benachrichtigung erfolgen,
kann die Wohnung nach Ablauf einer Frist von 24 Stunden unter Anwendung von Punkt
3 weitervermietet werden. Bei Ankunft ist von allen anwesenden Personen ein Ausweis
zur polizeilichen Anmeldung vorzulegen.
5. AUFENTHALTSBEDINGUNGEN. Die in der Preisliste oder im Angebot angegebene
Bettenanzahl darf in keinem Fall ueberschritten werden. Kinder gelten hier als
Erwachsene. Die Agentur kann auf Anfrage und gegen Entrichtung eines Aufpreises den
Aufenthalt einer weiteren Person gewähren. Haustiere duerfen nur mit Genehmigung
der Agentur Sole und Bezahlung des bezüglichen Zuschlags mitgebracht werden.
Der Gebrauch von eigenen elektrischen Haushaltsgeraeten ist untersagt. Die Gaeste
werden gebeten, die Hausordnung des jeweiligen Hauses zu beachten. Die allgemeinen
Vorschriften, hinsichtlich der Ruhezeiten in den Nachmittags- und Nachtstunden, bitten
wir besonders zu beruecksichtigen.
6. AUSSTATTUNG DER WOHNUNGEN. Alle Wohnungen sind vollstaendig eingerichtet
und verfuegen jeweils ueber Gasherd, Kühlschrank, fliessendes Warm- und Kaltwasser,
Strom 220 Volt. Die Gasflaschenlieferung ist kostenlos und wird von Montag bis Freitag
v. 9.30 Uhr bis 12.30 Uhr und v. 16.00 Uhr bis 19.30 Uhr und am Sonntag nur von 9.30
Uhr bis 12.30 Uhr ausgeführt. Für jede Schlafgelegenheit ist eine Wolldecke und ein
Kopfkissen vorhanden. Hand-und Tischtücher müssen mitgebracht werden. Bettwäsche
können eventuell auch bei der Agentur Sole vermietet werden. Der Parkplatz ist für
Autos normaler Grösse geeignet. Für Minivans und Packwagen wird kein Platz
garantiert.
Backofen, wo vorhanden, kann nicht verwendet sein.
7. ABREISE. Die Wohnung ist am Abreisetag bis spaetestens 10 Uhr zu raeumen. Eine
Abreise waehrend der Nacht kann nur nach Absprache mit der Agentur Sole erfolgen.
Die Wohnung muss in Ordnung hinterlassen werden: frei von Abfaellen, mit gespültem
Geschirr und leerem Kühlschrank andernfalls werden die Reinigungskosten belastet.
8. KAUTION. Der Kunde verpflichtet sich, die Wohnung und die Haushaltgeräte mit
größter Sorgfalt zu behandeln. Reklamationen über den Zustand der Wohnung und der
Einrichtung werden innerhalb der 24 Stunden nach der Ankunft angenommen. Eventuelle
Brüche oder Beschädigungen sind zum Listenpreis zurückzuerstatten. Als Sicherheit des
obengenannten und im Falle einer Abreise während der Nacht, kann nach Belieben der
Agentur beim Abholen der Schlüssel eine Kaution von € 100,00 verlangt werden.
Diese Kaution wird nach der Überprüfung der Wohnung zurückerstattet.
9. VERPFLICHTUNGEN DER AGENTUR. Die Agentur tritt lediglich als Vermittler zwischen
Kunden und Wohnungsinhabern auf. Die Agentur kann fuer evtl. entstandene Schaeden,
Unfaelle, Verluste, Diebstaehle, Verspaetungen und andere Unannehmichkeiten, die sich
in der Wohnung zutragen sollten, nicht verantwortlich gemacht werden.
10.Falls bei der Wohnungsvormerkung unvorhergesehene Umstände eintreten
sollten, versucht die Agentur, ein anderes änhliches Apartment zur Verfügung zu
stellen.
11.Bei der Reservierung verpflichtet sich der Mieter die Mietbedingungen zu
respektieren. Offnungszeiten:
Sommer: täglich von 9.00 bis 12.30 und von 15.30 bis 19.30
Winter: täglich von 9.00 bis 12.30 und von 15.00 bis 18.30
Die Benutzung der Klimaanlage wo anwesend ist auf Anfrage und gegen Gebühr.
1. BOOKING. The booking is to understand definitively confirmed only by reception of
the contract that Agency Sole will send shortly after receiving the deposit. Agency Sole
reserves itself the right to refuse the accounts that arrive beyond 15 days after the date
in which the flat has been placed at the guest’s disposal.
2. PAYMENT. 30% of the rent is to be paid as deposit directly to the local Agency Sole,
by international postal order or through Bank money transfer. The settlement of the rent,
together with the extra charges must be paid by the arrival, contextually to the collection
of the keys.
3. CANCELLATION AND RECESSION. In any case of holiday’s renunciation, the client will
not lose his already paid deposit: for refusals communicated at least 4 weeks before the
holiday’s begin he will get a credit of the whole paid amount, valid for the current or the
following season in one of our structures.
4. ARRIVAL. The arrival must occur on the fixed day between 4 and 8 p.m. (mind summer
time). In case of delay the guest is kindly requested to inform in time the local Agency
Sole, otherwise the flat will be kept free just for another day after that it can be rented
again with the consequences for the guest written above (point 3). At the arrival the
identification papers of all people who will occupy the flat must be shown.
5. STAY’S CONDITIONS. It’s forbidden to give accommodation to more people than
allowed by the number of beds indicated in our offer. As far as this is concerned,
children are considered as adults. Agency Sole can anyway allow, on request, to put up
one more person, on payment of a surcharge. Domestic animals can be brought only if
allowed by the agency, on payment of the foreseen extra charge. The use of stove or
own electric heater is not allowed. All guests are obliged to comply with the regulation of
each building and particularly to observe the common rules about rest time, above all in
the afternoon and at night.
6. EQUIPMENT OF THE FLATS. All our flats are completely furnished and equipped with
stove or gasrange, warm and cold running water, electricity at 220 volts. The service for
the replacement of the empty gas bottle is free and takes place from Monday to Saturday
from 9.30 to 12.30 a.m. and from 4 to 7.30 p.m. On Sundays the service is only from 9.30
to 12.30 a.m. A blanket and a pillow is available for each bed. The guest has to bring just
the sheets, table and bath-linen. On request it’s possible to hire sheets and pillowcases
on spot. The parking is suitable for normal-size cars. No place will be guaranteed for
minivans.
Oven, where available, can not be used.
7.DEPARTURE. The flats must be left within 10.00 o’clock in the morning of the fixed day.
Departure has to occur during office hours so that our staff can check the cleanness
and preservation of the flat itself. Agency Sole, on request, can allow the departure by
night and beyond office hours. The flat has to be left tidy, free from garbage, with the
kitchenware washed and the refrigerator empty, otherwise the guest will be charged of
the amount of the cleaning.
8. CAUTION MONEY. The customer undertakes to have the utmost care of the flat and the
household appliances. Claims for what regards the state of the flat and the inventory whill
be accepted only in the 24 hours after arrival. Any breakages or damage will have to be
refunded as per price list. To guarantee the dirigent observance and respect of the above
and the commitment to leave the flat in order, the Agency may request a deposit of €
100,00. This deposit will be returned after having checked out the condition of the flat.
9. LIABILITIES OF THE AGENCY. Agency Sole acts only as an intermediary between the
guest and the owner of the flat. No liability can be imputed to her for breakage, losses,
delays, thefts and inconveniences in general that should occur in the flat. The Agency
will lend anyway its service to help and solve problems. Any request of compensation
for damage is to be addressed to the owner of the flat, through the agency.
10.The Agency Sole reserves itself the right, in case of necessity or emergency, to
substitute an apartment with another one having about the same standards.
11.On reservation the guest accepts the above mentioned conditions. Opening hours:
Summer: everyday from 9.00 to 12.30 and from 15.30 to 19.30
Winter: everyday from 9.00 to 12.30 and from 15.00 to 18.30
The use of air conditioning must be agreed with the agency and will be charged extra.

CONDIZIONI GENER A LI D’A FFIT TO
1. PRENOTAZIONE. La prenotazione è da intendersi definitivamente confermata
solo al ricevimento della «Lettera di conferma» che l’Agenzia Sole spedirà
immediatamente dopo aver ricevuto la caparra. L’Agenzia Sole si riserva di rifiutare
le caparre che dovessero pervenire oltre quindici giorni dopo la data in cui è stato
messo a disposizione l’appartamento.
2. PAGAMENTO. Il 30% del canone di affitto deve essere versato a titolo di
caparra direttamente all’Agenzia Sole, o a mezzo posta (vaglia postale o lettera
raccomandata contenente assegni a copertura garantita), a mezzo bonifico bancario
o tramite carta di credito via Internet. Il saldo del canone di affitto, unitamente alle
eventuali addizionali, dovrà essere versato all’arrivo contestualmente al ritiro delle
chiavi dell’appartamento.
3. DISDETTA E RECESSO. In caso di rinuncia alla vacanza il cliente non perderà la
caparra versata: per disdette comunicate almeno 4 settimane prima dell’arrivo, egli
potrà ricevere un buono dell’importo totale già versato, valido per una prenotazione
da effettuare nell’anno in corso oppure in quello successivo presso una delle nostre
strutture.
4. ARRIVO. L’arrivo deve avvenire nel giorno stabilito, tra le ore 16.00 e le ore 20.00
del pomeriggio (fare attenzione all’ora legale). In caso di ritardo si prega di avvertire
tempestivamente l’Agenzia Sole. Diversamente l’appartamento sarà tenuto a
disposizione solo per un altro giorno, dopo di che potrà essere riaffittato con le
conseguenze, per il cliente, di cui al punto 3. All’arrivo dovranno essere esibiti,
per la registrazione, i documenti d’identità di tutte le persone che occuperanno
l’appartamento.
5. NORME DI SOGGIORNO. È vietato ospitare più persone di quanto ne sia
consentito dal numero dei posti letto indicato nella nostra offerta. A questo riguardo
i bambini sono considerati come adulti. L’Agenzia Sole può comunque autorizzare,
su richiesta, di alloggiare una persona in più contro pagamento di un sovrapprezzo.
Sono consentiti animali domestici di piccola taglia previa autorizzazione e con
pagamento del relativo supplemento. Non è consentito l’uso di stufe o fornelli
elettrici propri. Tutti gli ospiti sono tenuti a rispettare il Regolamento di ciascuna
casa e particolarmente a osservare scrupolosamente le comuni norme relative alla
quiete, soprattutto nelle ore pomeridiane e notturne.
6. DOTAZIONE DEGLI APPARTAMENTI. Tutti i nostri appartamenti vengono
consegnati completamente arredati e provvisti di fornello o cucina a gas, acqua
corrente calda e fredda, energia elettrica a 220 volt. Il servizio per la eventuale
sostituzione della bombola del gas esaurita è gratuito e viene eseguito nei giorni
ed orari seguenti: da lunedì a sabato dalle ore 9.30 alle 12.30 e dalle 16.00 alle
19.30. La domenica solo dalle 9.30 alle 12.30. Per ogni posto letto è disponibile una
coperta ed un cuscino. Il cliente deve portare con sé solo la biancheria per il letto, la
tavola e il bagno. È possibile noleggiare eventualmente la biancheria da letto tramite
l’agenzia Sole. Il “posto auto” si intende per vetture di dimensioni normali. A pulmini,
Minivan e Furgoni non viene garantito il parcheggio.
Forni, dove presenti, non utilizzabili.
7. PARTENZA. L’appartamento deve essere lasciato libero entro le ore 10.00 del
mattino del giorno stabilito. La partenza deve avvenire in orario di ufficio per
consentire al nostro personale di controllare lo stato di conservazione e di pulizia.
L’Agenzia Sole, su richiesta, può autorizzare la partenza di notte e comunque
fuori dall’orario d’ufficio. L’appartamento deve essere lasciato in ordine, libero
da immondizie, con le stoviglie lavate ed il frigorifero vuoto altrimenti verranno
addebitate le spese di pulizia.
8. CAUZIONE. Il cliente si impegna ad avere la massima cura dell’appartamento
e delle apparecchiature domestiche. Reclami per quanto riguarda lo stato
dell’appartamento e dell’inventario verranno accettati entro le 24 ore successive
all’arrivo. Eventuali rotture o danneggiamenti dovranno essere risarciti ai prezzi di
listino. A garanzia del puntuale rispetto di quanto sopra e dell’impegno di lasciare
l’appartamento in ordine, a discrezione dell’Agenzia, al momento del ritiro delle
chiavi, potrà essere richiesta una cauzione di € 100,00. Detta cauzione sarà
restituita dopo aver effettuato il controllo dell’appartamento.
9. RESPONSABILITÀ DELL’AGENZIA. L’Agenzia Sole agisce soltanto in veste di
intermediaria tra il cliente ed il proprietario dell’appartamento. Nessuna responsabilità
può quindi esserle attribuita per eventuali rotture, infortuni, smarrimenti, furti, ritardi
e cause di forza maggiore in genere che si dovessero verificare nell’alloggio.
Essa presterà comunque i propri servigi per aiutare a risolvere eventuali problemi,
fermo restando che eventuali richieste di risarcimento danni vanno indirizzati al
proprietario dell’appartamento per tramite dell’agenzia.
10. L’Agenzia Sole si riserva, in caso di imprevisti nell’assegnazione
dell’appartamento, il diritto alla sostituzione con un altro avente le stesse
caratteristiche.
11.
All’atto della prenotazione l’affittuario accetta espressamente tutte le
condizioni qui esposte. Orario di apertura:
estivo: tutti i giorni dalle 9.00 alle 12.30 e dalle 15.30 alle 19.30
invernale: tutti i giorni dalle 9.00 alle 12.30 e dalle 15.00 alle 18.30
Negli appartamenti già dotati di impianto di aria condizionata l’utilizzo dello stesso
dovrà essere concordato con l’agenzia e conteggiato a parte.
