Ai margini dell’abitato, la Via dei Mulini si inerpica assolata fra ulivi e aranceti costeggiando il ruscello e il piccolo canale che per secoli ha alimentato tutti i mulini ad acqua che si susseguono lungo il
costone. Tre di questi mulini si trovano oggi all’interno dei giardini dell’albergo. Freschi giardini mediterranei, al centro del Golfo di Cefalù. In Primavera si puo’ restare storditi dai profumi del gelsomino
e del pittosforo, dalle melodie che provengono dal gorgoglio delle acque, dalle fronde dei pioppi e
dagli uccelli che popolano il giardino con le palme ed i carrubi secolari di fronte alla Cattedrale normanna stagliata sull’azzurro intenso del Tirreno.
Le camere: ospitalità siciliana e design raffinato in tutti gli ambienti luminosi e panoramici, intimi
ed esclusivi. Particolarmente inconsueto il sistema di climatizzazione unisce le tecniche di raffrescamento utilizzate nei sollazzi reggi arabi, come la Zisa di Palermo, alle più moderne tecnologie. Per
ottenere il massimo comfort, sia nei locali comuni che nelle camere private, abbiamo abbinato il controllo della temperatura delle pareti e dei pavimenti ad un dolce trattamento dell’aria, che oltre a garantirne il ricambio continuo interviene su temperatura e umidità. firmata dallo chef Roberto Bonvissuto, offerta al tramonto sotto le tende bianche del ristorante in
giardino. Piatti mediterranei, pesce fresco, ortaggi locali, le conserve e la pasticceria tradizionale,
tanti prodotti biologici e soprattutto i tre presidi slow-food del Parco delle Madonie. In cantina oltre
cento le etichette selezionate fra le più premiate cantine Siciliane ai cui segreti l’hotel potrà introdurvi la cura discreta e attenta del Maitre Franco Savoca.

sagoma insolita, è stata in effetti realizzata utilizzando l’invaso che raccoglieva l’acqua per alimentare in cascata i mulini che si trovano nel giardino. Cardiofitness al coperto e tennis in erba sintetica

On the edge of the town, sun-drenched Via dei Mulini winds its way up among olive trees and orange
groves that skirt the stream and the small canal that, for centuries, have fed the water mills that
follow one another along the ridge. Today, three of these mills lie within the hotel’s gardens. Cool
Mediterranean gardens, in the centre of the Gulf of Cefalu’. In spring you might feel dazed by the
fragrance of the jasmine and the pittosporum and by the melodies coming from the gurgle of the
stream, from the foliage of the poplar trees and from the birds that populate the garden. From this
enchanting spot you can see the palm trees and centuries old carob trees growing in front of the
Norman Cathedral, which is silhouetted against the intense azure of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
Rooms: Sicilian hospitality and elegant design can be found in all the rooms, which are all bright,
intimate and exclusive, have beautiful views. The rooms are equipped with a particularly unusual
climate control system that combines the techniques used in the Ancient Arab world, like those employed in the Zisa Castle in Palermo, and the most modern technologies. So as to attain maximum
comfort both in the common rooms as well as in the private rooms, we have combined the temperature control system installed in the walls and floors with a special air treatment system that not only

Roberto Bonvissuto’s delicious and refined cuisine, served at sunset under the white awnings of
the garden restaurant. Mediterranean dishes, fresh fish, local vegetables, preserves and traditional
cakes, numerous organic products, and especially the three slow-food products produced in the
Madonie Park, are the ingredients offered. In the cellar there are over one hundred labels selected
from the most awarded Sicilian wineries; you will be introduced to their secrets by the discreet and
attentive service offered by Maitre d’ Franco Savoca.
Beaches: A choice of two for those who love the sea: a lovely beach of fine white sand in the middle
of the Gulf of Cefalu’, equipped with sun oungers and beach umbrellas; - a small bay with crystal clear water, protected by incredible, needle-shaped rocks jutting out of the sea in which pine trees and

Swimming pool, Gym, and tennis Court: The lovely, fresh water swimming pool, with its unusual
shape, is surrounded by lush gardens. It was originally an old water basin that fed, through the use
of falling water, the water mills in the garden. There is an indoor cardio-fitness centre and outdoor,
artificial grass, tennis courts.
