1. APPLICATION
3. INSTRUCTION FOR INSTALLATION
Proceed as follows:
• Separate the base (11), including the basic printed circuit
(10) of the DIN-6 device from the cover.,
• Withdraw from the basic circuit the loose female connectors from the fixed male connectors (9),
• Insert the DIN-6 base in the DIN 144 x 144 enclosure
(5), securing it to the rail with the release lever provided
(12),
• Make the electrical connections with the loose female
connectors, taking care to leave sufficient wire protruding from the these connectors from the housing in the
device,
• Insert the female connectors in the male connectors of
the base circuit of the DIN-6 device,
• Insert the square enclosure in the space provided,
• From the rear secure the square enclosure with the two fixing brackets (7), tightening up the screws provided (8),
• Replace the cover of the DIN-6 device on its base,
• Complete the installation by applying the front panel
(1), securing it with the latch (6) and tightening the two
screws (4).

Where previous devices are being replaced the cutout is
already available, whereas for new installations the cutout
must be prepared as shown in the diagram on the right.

2. CUTOUT FOR FLUSH MOUNTING

ACD 655 accessory is an adaptor which permits replacing
electronic devices in flush-mounted DIN 144 x 144 enclosures by the new devices in DIN-6 enclosures.
It can also be used as a new mounting if it is wished to
install a DIN-6 device flush-mounted.
