IT’S FORBIDDEN, IN THE SPORT CENTER:
1. DRINKING ANY KIND OF ALCOHOLICS BEVERAGES (BEER, WINE, VODKA, WHISKY)
2. SMOKING CIGARETTES
3. BREAKING GLASSES
1. Any damage made (in hotel/hostel as in the Sport Center) will be covered by the participant
responsible for it, and all necessary measures will be taking for correct compliance of the rules.
2. It is forbidden to disturb the rest of all other participants.
3. EUROSPORTEVENTS A.S.D. cannot and will not take any responsibility for either sports
related accidents or self-inflicted accidents. Please make sure to take care and look after your
personal belongings yourself.

Respect – you are expected to behave appropriately. Please do not make noise when
coming into the hostel/hotel from the parties or damage things in the Hostel/Hotel.
Food & Beverages – take care while handling food and drinks at the sport center.
Fairplay – in order for everyone to enjoy the games, to guarantee equal chances and to
secure your future participation in EURO MILANO, please be aware that Fairplay is
requested from everyone. Please keep in mind: it’s a game, we don’t want you to
seriously hurt each other.
Friendship – at EURO MILANO 2016 we would like to create an atmosphere of friendship,
camaraderie and understanding among participating universities. This implies treating
each other respectfully.
Tolerance – We just want everything to be perfect, but the organization of EURO MILANO
2016 could suffer setbacks and unexpected events and/or delays in matches if you fail to
respect the timetables, therefore: be patient and flexible in your standing!
Communication – there will be a Help Desk where only the heads of delegations or
team leaders can inquire and ask our staff information about the matches and the whole
event, to avoid queues and to work efficiently.
Please understand that we reserve the right to exclude participants who are strongly violating
these general rules of behaviour in order to ensure an environment in which everybody may feel
relaxed and comfortable.

AWARDING CEREMONY
FOR EACH TOURNAMENT:
1ST PLACE: TROPHY + MEDALS FOR ALL PLAYERS
2ND - 3RD: CUP + MEDALS FOR ALL PLAYERS
4TH PLACE: CUP
Tennis and Beach Volley: they will have the Awarding Ceremony for the male and
female tournament and then, a Special Cup will give to the Winner University on tennis
and beach volley tournament (sum of male and female tournaments)
CHALLENGE CUP
For each sport tournaments, your winning teams will gain:
• 1ST place - 10 POINTS;
• 2ND - 7 POINTS;
• 3RD - 5 POINTS;
• 4TH - 3 POINTS
• 5th place - 6th place - 7th place - 8th place: 1 POINT
The university that accumulates more points in all sports will keep the “Challenge Cup”
for 1 year. It will be responsibility of the University to bring back the “Challenge Cup” in
the next edition
Important: in tennis and beach volley tournaments will take points for the Challenge Cup
only the sum of the male and female tournament for each University (not the
tournament male and also the female but the sum of both)
Tournament organization is exclusive competence of EUROSPORTEVENTS STAFF. The enrolment at the
tournament implies the complete adherence and acceptance of these Regulations. EUROSPORTEVENTS
A.S.D. declines all responsibility for incidental accidents. The Referees are entrusted to the organizing
staff and to the players’ fair play.

A beautiful University Sport Center, where there will be all the EuroMilano Tournaments
(futsal, basketball, volleyball, tennis, beach volleyball and cheerleading), to create an
enthusiastic and amazing atmosphere among all the participants!
Accreditation on Friday (only for the teams that are going to arrive late on Thursday)

There will be 7 departures schedule in
the morning to go to the sport center:
8 am - 8.40 am – 9 am – 9.40 am
10 am – 11 am – midday
WHERE: meeting point in the big car
parking in Piazza Monte Titano (metro
Green Line “Lambrate”, then go behind
the train station, in the big car parking),
where there will be the EuroMilano Staff
waiting for you.
TRANSFER FROM THE SPORT CENTER TO LAMBRATE STATION
Friday and Saturday
There will be 6 departures schedule in the afternoon to go back:
6 pm – 7 pm – 7.30 pm - 8 pm - 8.30 pm – 9 pm
The buses will arrive in the big car parking in Piazza Monte Titano (metro Green Line
“Lambrate”)
HOW TO REACH THE SPORT CENTER BY YOURSELF
If you want to reach the Sport Center by yourself, we
kindly recommend you to take a taxi (is the fastest way)
Otherwise, if you want to use the public transportation:
From Piazza San Babila (metro stop “San Babila”, close
to Duomo) take the bus n. 73/, direction “Peschiera
Borromeo” for 24 stops and get of at “Strada Rivoltana
3, Segrate/Tribune Idroscalo” then walk inside the park,
going around the lake, until the Sport Center (look the
map on the right). Please, note to make the
“extraurbano” ticket! (1,90 euro per way)
If any team misses the bus during the morning or they want to return from the sport
facilities at a different time than the ones included in the afternoon’s schedule, they
should organize their own return BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION or TAXI
(only for the return from the sport facilities at a different time you can try to ask to the
Accreditation/Info Point Area in the Sport Center and we will try to organize a solution like a
van or bus)
TRANSFER FROM THE AIRPORT ON THURSDAY
EuroMilano Organization provides for all delegation a FREE shuttle bus from the Airport to
the Hotel/Hostel
The shuttle bus is free for all the delegation that are going to arrive in Milano on Thursday
Please note that EuroMilano Organization will not provide the bus service to come back to
the airport on Sunday! So take care to manage it on time and by yourself.
TEAM GUIDE
Every delegation will have a Team Guide assigned during their stay in Milano.
The Team Guide will assist the delegation from their arrival to the airport until the last day
of competition.
The Team Guide will, in particular assist the delegation on the following:

Provide all information needed by the Delegation: Match Schedules, Program, Side
Events, Parties, Public Transport Routes, etc…
•
Escort the Delegation to Sport Facilities, Side Events, and Parties
•
Represent the Delegation together with the Head of Delegation at the Accreditation
and check-in at ho(s)tel.
•
Interact with the Sport Facilities Welcome Desk upon arrival of the Delegation to the
Sport Venue in order to provide all required information about the specific fields and
dressing rooms to be used.
•
