I sistemi WR sono composti da:
Indicatore di peso in custodia a norme DIN (96 x 192 x 150 mm, foratura
92 x 186 mm) per montaggio a fronte quadro. Tastiera in policarbonato a
18 tasti. Un display numerico a 6 cifre da 7 segmenti da 14 mm. Un display
semialfanumerico LCD retroilluminato, due righe da 16 caratteri, altezza
5 mm. Grado di protezione del frontale IP 54. Orologio Calendario.
- Per versioni superiori a 4 prodotti:
Uno o due moduli 8 relè esterni in base al numero dei prodotti. Dimensioni:
93 x 126 x h 60. Alimentazione 24 Vcc 8 W; contatti 115 Vca 0,5 A. Adatti
per montaggio su barra Omega/DIN, da installare a distanza max 100
metri.
VISUALIZZAZIONE DEL VALORE IN mV delle celle di carico.
Il WR dispone di due porte seriali indipendenti (COM1=RS232;
COM2=RS232 o RS422/485) per collegamento a:
- PC/PLC (COM2) mediante protocolli di comunicazione Laumas o
ModBus RTU o Profibus DP (RS422/485). I protocolli consentono la
lettura del peso, la programmazione e la lettura delle formule, lo start
e lo stop al dosaggio, l’acquisizione dei netti dosati, la lettura dei totali,
la lettura e l’aggiornamento delle giacenze.
- Stampante e/o registratore dati RD (COM1), vedi pag. 188-190.
- Ripetitore di peso (COM1/2), vedi pag. 186-187.
- Ripetitore di peso RIP/DOS-MAN per dosaggio manuale guidato
(COM1/2), vedi pag.186.
WR 8+4/50/1 CONTALITRI (impulsi max 20 Hz):
Dosaggio di 8 prodotti più 4 contalitri in sequenza.
Opzione lettura scorte reali:
Calcolo dei consumi e giacenze per ogni prodotto; pesando i silos delle
materie prime tramite dei trasmettitori di peso e relative celle di carico è
possibile trasmettere al WR il reale contenuto della quantità (giacenze)
presente nei sili.

WR systems are composed of:
Weight indicator in DIN box (96 x 192 x 150 mm, drilling template 92 x 186
mm) for panel mounting. 18-key polycarbonate keyboard. One 6-digit numeric
display (14 mm high), 7 segment LED. One semialphanumeric LCD display with
two lines x 16-digit (5mm high). IP54 front panel protection. Real time clock.
- For more than 4 products:
One or two 8-output relay modules (dimensions 93 x 126 x h 60 mm). Power
supply 24 Vdc 8 W, contacts 115 Vac 0.5 A. Suitable for mounting on OmegaDIN rail, max 100 meters far.
READING THE LOAD CELLS VALUE expressed in mV.
WR is equipped with two serial ports (COM1=RS232; COM2=RS232 or
RS422/485) for connection to:
- PC/PLC (COM2) connection by the following Communication Protocols:
Laumas or ModBus RTU or Profibus DP (RS422/485). Protocol allows the
weight reading, formulas programming and reading, start and stop batching,
batched net weights acquisition, totals reading, stock reading.
- Printer and/or RD data recorder (COM1), see pages 188-190.
- Remote display (COM1/2), pages 186-187.
- RIP/DOS-MAN remote display for assisted manual batching, (COM1/2), see
page 186.
WR 8+4/50/1 LITRE-COUNTER (pulses max 20 Hz):
WR controls 8 products plus 4 litre-counter in succession.
Option “Reading real stock”:
Calculation of consumption and stock for each product. By weighing the silos
by means weight transmitters and load cells, it is possible transmit to WR the
real quantity (stock) present into the silos.

- Programmazione nell’ordine desiderato dall’operatore di passi per carico
prodotti, scarico parziale o totale, chiusura e apertura relè di uscita,
attesa da ingresso esterno, attesa di un tempo desiderato.
- Capable to programm, in the order that the operator desires, steps for loading
product, partial or total unloading, output relay opening/closing, wainting from
external input, wainting by time.
- Per versione con contalitri è possibile visualizzare e impostare i prodotti
del contalitri direttamente in kg.

L’operatore avvia il dosaggio da tastiera o chiudendo il contatto di Start, il
WR verifica che sia chiuso il consenso e che il peso sia inferiore al peso
minimo; se previsto verifica la presenza della giacenza per i prodotti in
formula.
Esegue l’autotara e chiude il contatto del primo prodotto in formula (nella
versione con contalitri esegue contemporaneamente il dosaggio
del primo contalitri). Raggiunto il valore di SET meno il valore di lento
e il volo impostato chiude il contatto relativo di lento; raggiunto il valore
di SET impostato meno il volo riapre entrambi i contatti; trascorso il
tempo di attesa memorizza il consumo ed esegue il passo successivo,
che può essere un prodotto, una chiusura relè di uscita, un’attesa a
tempo, un’attesa da ingresso, uno scarico parziale o totale, e così via
sino all’esecuzione dell’ultimo passo di programmazione (nella versione
contalitri l’ultimo passo deve essere necessariamente “scarico
totale” per poter chiudere il contatto fine ciclo).
Durante il dosaggio sul display numerico verrà visualizzato il peso totale,
sul display LCD il nome e il numero del prodotto, il peso in dosaggio e
il SET da raggiungere. Terminato il dosaggio viene chiuso il contatto di
fine ciclo che si aprirà di nuovo al termine dello scarico della bilancia
dopo aver raggiunto il minimo peso programmato e trascorso il tempo di
sicuro svuotamento. Se abilitata la stampante, verranno stampati i dati
del ciclo di dosaggio.

Operation
By closing the Start contact or by pressing the Start key the microprocessor
starts batching, the WR verifies that the approval contact is closed and that the
weight is lower than the minimum weight; if requested, checks for presence
of stocks for the products in the formula.
It executes the autotare, closes the contact of the first product in formula (for
litre-counter version executes simultaneously the batching of the first
litre-counter). When the SET value minus the specified slow and fall values
is reached, WR will close the relevant slow contact; when the specified SET
value minus the fall is reached, WR will open both contacts; after the wait
time, WR stores the consumption and performs the following step, which may
be a product, an output relay closing, a timed wait, an input wait, a partial or
total unloading, and so on, until the last programmed step is executed (for
litre-counter version the last step must be the “total unload” to close
the cycle end contact).
During batching, the system visualizes the total weight on numeric display,
and on the LCD display it visualizes the product’s number, product’s name,
weight in batching, and the SET value to reach. When batching is finished, the
microprocessor closes the cycle-end contact which will be re-opened at the end
of the unload after the programmed minimum value is reached and after the
safe emptying time has elapsed. If the printer is enabled, the microprocessor
will print the batching’s data.
