ISTRUZIONI PER L'ESECUZIONE DI
CONNESSIONI ELETTRICHE SU CAVI
IN ALLUMINIO MEDIANTE PUNZONATURA
PROFONDA A SCALINO
1) Dopo aver sguainato e denudato il conduttore, ridurlo ad
una forma rotonda compatta mediante gli appositi accessori prearrotondatori (Fig. 1), che sono destinati ad arrotondare ed a portare a misura tutti i conduttori di uguale
sezione, di ogni forma e cordatura.
1) After unsheathing and stripping the conductor, reduce it to
a round and compact shape using the pre-rounding die set
appropriate to this conductor size in any shape or stranding
format (FIG. 1 below ).
2) Introduce the conductor into the selected connector.
2) Introdurre il conduttore nel connettore già scelto.
3) Scegliere la matrice MV... ed il punzone PS130... correlati
al connettore da comprimere e predisporli sulla testa
oleodinamica.
4) Procedere alla punzonatura del giunto o del capocorda
seguendo lo schema sotto illustrato dove è stata numerata
la sequenza delle punzonate (Fig. 2).
È molto importante eseguire le punzonature partendo
dall'estremità dei giunti verso l'interno, onde ottenere il
massimo coefficiente di riempimento, che è condizione
indispensabile per realizzare una connessione elettrica
stabile sui cavi in alluminio.
5) Dopo aver eseguito la punzonatura del connettore, riempire gli alveoli di punzonatura con l'apposito mastice contenuto in ogni confezione.

3) Select the die MV... and the indentor PS130... appropriate to
the connector to be crimped and locate them carefully in
the hydraulic press head.
4) Indent the connector in the sequence shown below ( FIG. 2 ).
For a through connector indent the outer positions first,
followed by the inner positions.
For a lug indent the position near the conductor first,
followed by the position near the palm.
It is important to follow the sequence shown in order
to obtain the correct conductor fill coefficient
essential for producing a stable electrical connection
on aluminium conductors.
5) After indenting the connector, fill the indents with the
compound provided with each connector.
