The father Quaprice du Bois Margot, is a son of the famous Quidam de Revel with a
great holsteiner damline: his mother produced: Ornella (D. Deusser) and the mothers of
Conduct, Coloredo and Cadillac (E.Navet), all high level international winner. His 2nd
dam produce the 2nd mother of Carnaval La Silla (S. Behring), Caesar van de Helle,
Cezaro and Quinault and his 3rd dam produced the mother of Operette La Silla
(J.Tops). His damline also produced the stallion New Time, Eurocommerce New
Orleans, Candy, Caridor Z, ..... In 2004 Quaprice was top sire in France with 239 mares
covered.
The mother, Oldriana, is a royally bred broodmare belonging to the renowned Holstein
Stamm 6893 who has produced top sires and top international performers as the
jumpers Saskia 61, Wega 34, Wonne 17, Pandur 83, Gitta (ex Wacholder), Concerto I,
Chicago Z, Hole in One Z, All For Cash, Cash, Casario I and Casario II, Ora del Te’
C’SG, Adventure La Silla, Cala and the stallions Concerto I and Concerto II, Chicago
Z, Acocerto, Canaletto S, Quick Time, Coubertin, Carnaby GL, Magno La Silla, Conelly,
Quintassini. Cala. Oldriana is full sister of the top sire Concerto II, who in 2002 was
(years after his early demise for colic) the second leading jumper sire in the German FN
breeding values, right behind the Hanoverian Stakkato and before Cassini I and
Carthago. The 2nd mother, Bagina was sired by Ahorn Z, an international jumping
legend, approved by most German breeding registries. The grand-mother Gitta has
been a famous 1.60m international jumper under the name of Wacholda.
This family owes her success to the extraordinary transmissibility of her jumping
ability that we can find in ALL Oldriana offspring and for sure also in Italico
