Aptitude in team working: starting from 2000 during the internship experience in the Republic of Mali
(Africa) within the Course for Expert in Development Cooperation (ESF no. 120/99) felt comfortable
in team working in very hard environmental conditions. As project manager at the Ancona Chamber
of Commerce managed successfully an Office that consist of an average of 4-5 people, counting on a
teamwork approach and on a joint multidisciplinary and international collaboration as essentially
required by the European project management. From 2010 to 2015 coordinated the AIC Forum
Workgroup on EU project management that consist of about 15-20 experts on EU project
management coming from the 8 Countries of the Adriatic and Ionian Macroregion.
